In an interview with Pinkvilla, Aditya Narayan revealed the things he said to his wife, Shweta Agarwal's parents, when he asked them for her hand for marriage. The singer revealed that he requested Shweta's parents to let him marry their daughter and said, "I said I don't care how many people come, I don't care where we do it, just give me your daughter's hand for marriage and let's just do it. Fortunately, when we got married in December, things were much better." The singer also added that he is glad that both he and Shweta had gotten married last year, seeing the ongoing second wave of COVID-19. He added, "So now that this second wave has come in, I feel like we did the right thing. Now she is here, and I never feel alone anymore."
Going further in his interview, Aditya Narayan also revealed that he and his then-ladylove, Shweta Agarwal were away from each other because of lockdown, and it had created a lot of unnecessary arguments between them. He said, "Covid did speed up the process of us getting married, because in the last lockdown, we used to have many small arguments as I used to miss her a lot. Her own place is less than half a kilometre from where we live now, but we could still never meet, which was very frustrating." The singer added that after a lot of problems between them, he had decided to remove the distance hindrance from their relationship once and for all. He added, "You want your loved ones to be near you… So that is when I had decided that after this lockdown, there is going to be no further arguments regarding spending time with each other."

The madly-in-love couple, Aditya Narayan and Shweta Agarwal, never miss a chance to shower their immense love on one another by posting romantic pictures and clips with each other on their respective social media handles. For instance, on January 2, 2021, Aditya had taken to his IG handle and had shared some love-filled pictures with his wifey, Shweta, from their dinner date to celebrate their one-month anniversary. With arms around each other, the lovely couple had happily posed for the camera.
