On November 20, 2018, Aishwarya posted a picture of a paper crown that’s colourfully decorated with hearts made by her daughter Aaradhya, on her Instagram account. The crown made by Aaradhya says, “Best Mom In the Whole Wide World”. While we totally agree to this title, Aaradhya has also gone ahead and declared it so. The proud mommy wrote, “A SURPRISE...made by MY WORLD for me today. LOVE YOU MY DARLING AARADHYA and THANK YOU for the MOST PRECIOUS crown EVERRRRRRR”.
On November 16, 2018, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan along with the entire Bachchan-Rai clan, celebrated Aaradhya’s seventh birthday. On the birthday itself, the family went out for an intimate dinner and then on the weekend, they gathered again to celebrate the little one’s 'big day' in a grand manner.
From Yash Johar, Roohi Johar, Radhya Takhtani, Czar Khan to Viaan Kundra, Ranveer Behl, AbRam Khan among other kids joined in and had a fun time at Aaradhya’s 7th birthday bash. Aishwarya shared some pictures from Aaradhya’s birthday dinner and posted three wishes for her little one. In the first post, she shared a picture with the birthday girl and wrote, “HAPPY 7th BIRTHDAY MY DARLING ANGEL AARADHYA. YOU ARE MY LIFE. I LOVE YOU ETERNALLY, INFINITELY, UNCONDITIONALLY”.
In another post, Aishwarya shared a couple of pictures with Abhishek and Aaradhya and captioned them, “LOVE YOU ANGEL AARADHYA. Happiest Birthday my darling” And the last one, she shared a group picture with the family and friends of the birthday girl. Aishwarya wrote, “HAPPY 7th my darling Aaradhya”. Even Abhishek posted two birthday wishes on his Instagram handle, one with an illustration of Aaradhya with her parents, with which he wrote, “Happy birthday little princess! You are the pride and joy of the family. I pray you remain the ever smiling, innocent and loving girl that you are. Love you with all my heart…” and the other with a twinning picture of Aaradhya with her mommy, Aishwarya and captioned it as, “My beauties. A child's birthday cannot be complete without appreciating her mother. For giving birth to her, For loving her, taking care of her and basically just being a Wonder Woman!” He thanked wifey, Aishwarya for giving him the greatest gift ever, “To the Mrs.- thank you for giving me the greatest gift ever... Our daughter! And to my Angel- Happy Birthday again, Aaradhya. @aishwaryaraibachchan_arb”.
In a throwback interview with Hindustan Times, Aishwarya talked about how they manage to keep everything normal around Aaradhya in spite of the superstar status of their entire family, and stated, "I haven't made a conversation out of it. She is a child and I can't casually say that she understands it. Aaradhya has seen it (the media attention) since she was a baby, while I was exposed to it only in my twenties. Is it normal to her? I don't know..." She further said that she ensures giving a normal upbringing and childhood to Aaradhya, "I have been a very normal mother with her. I go to her school every day. I do normal things with her like going to the park or market, so that she understands what 'normal normal' is and what social excitement is."
Further sharing that she is blessed to have Aaradhya as her daughter, Aishwarya was quoted as saying, “Aaradhya is God's child, her own person, a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious soul. I’m blessed to have her as my daughter. All I’d like to say to her is that she can make and do what she wants with her life.” Earlier Aishwarya had said, “Aaradhya and I have a soul connect. My day begins and ends with her. From the moment I wake up my entire perspective on the day is centered on her. Her constant presence in my life is not even something I consciously think about it. It’s just there! And I wonder how I lived before she was born.
