Now, that the couple has become proud parents to a baby girl, they are beaming with joy, and their fans are eagerly waiting to get a glimpse of their baby girl.
For the unversed, it was on November 6, 2022, when Alia Bhatt shared the official announcement of her baby's arrival through a cutesy picture note. Signed with ‘love love love’ by the newbie parents, Alia and Ranbir, the note had a picture of a lion and lioness with a little cub, cuddling together. The note text could be read as:
“And in the best news of our lives: Our baby is here.. and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love - blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!!! Love love love Alia and Ranbir.”

On November 10, 2022, Alia Bhatt and her newborn daughter got discharged from the hospital, and they were spotted leaving the hospital with their family members. In the videos doing rounds on the internet, we can see the paps blocking the roads to click pictures of the mommy-daughter duo. However, they failed to get a clear glimpse of Alia and Ranbir's princess as she was wrapped in a cutesy swaddle, sleeping peacefully in her daddy's arms. Check out the video below:

As per a report in BollywoodLife, a source close to the couple revealed that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt might bring their baby girl home without informing the media. The report mentioned that as so many viral pictures are circulating online, the newbie parents don't want any drama to follow. The source can be quoted as saying:
"Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are taking their personal lives pretty seriously. They won't pose for the paparazzi and in fact head home secretly. They may leave the hospital late in the night when the media and fan frenzy is very minimum. With the recent social media trolling and fake picture of Alia Bhatt going viral, they do not want any social media drama to follow."

As per a report in ETimes, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to welcome their daughter to their 8-storeyed bungalow, Krishna Raj Kapoor. The report added that the entire Kapoor clan would live together on separate floors of their dream abode. While Neetu Kapoor would live on the lower floor, Ranbir and Alia and their newborn daughter would have one of the floors. However, after their daughter grows up, she would get an entire floor for herself. Meanwhile, an entire floor is dedicated to Ranbir Kapoor's sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, who would live in the bungalow whenever she'd be in town.
The paparazzi culture is prominent in Tinseltown, and celebs have become quite accustomed to it now. However, some celebs try to keep their kids away from the media glares and ask the paps not to click the baby's pictures. Once Ranbir Kapoor opened up about his stance on the paps clicking his and Alia's baby's pictures. During a press conference in Delhi, when Ranbir was asked if he and Alia would be fine with their child being clicked by the paparazzi, the actor had said:
"I don't know. I haven't reached that point yet. We are very excited. We will take the right decision. There is a certain demand for a personal life on the media, but I don't know."
