8 years and 2,668 episodes! Yes, that’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for you! We all know that in the telly land, new celeb relationships start and break off, every now and then. The journeys of many of these couples begin on the sets of their serials. And when we’ve one of the most successful running TV serials of India, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, celeb relationships are bound to happen.
One such celeb couple from the serial is none other than Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan. However, the recent media reports suggest that all is not well between the two. Fans are in shock upon learning that there is something that is called a ‘lover’s tiff’ between Shivangi and Mohsin. A source from the sets of their serial informed SpotboyE, “There is some sort of disconnect between Shivangi and Mohsin, they are not as warm with each other, as they used to be. It seems like some tension is simmering between the two”.
Well, we can’t be sure if there is really a tension between the couple, and only time can tell the truth. It was last month itself when, talking to the media portal, Mohsin had revealed amicable things about his equation with Shivangi. He was quoted as saying, “I am grateful that Shivangi and I got to work together. People accepted Kartik and Naira instantly and loved them. We have always enjoyed working together. We often get messages on all social media platforms and I try to reply to as many as possible”.
Mohsin and Shivangi play Karthik and Naira on-screen and hence, their fans affectionately call them Kaira. The lovebirds on-screen had long been allegedly linked-up until last year when Mohsin himself cleared the air and said, “Several theories have been doing the rounds, including our link-up, but we didn't allow it to affect our friendship or work. In fact, there was nothing to talk about initially, since we were just friends. Our friendship graduated to love only recently; it's just been a month-and-a-half. We rang in the New Year with my family. Funnily, we haven't gone out on an official date yet, owing to our erratic schedule”.
Stating his reasons for falling in love with Shivangi, Mohsin further added, “I don't know what made me fall for her. I guess it's her innocence. We are still exploring each other. It has been a long friendship and a beautiful journey, which has now blossomed into love”.
Last year, in October 2017, on Mohsin’s 26th birthday, Shivangi shared a very special birthday message for him and wrote, “There's nothing more special than a super special friend like you. Hope your birthday is especially special like you. May the sweetest of your sweet dreams come true on the sweetest day of the year...your birthday! Happy birthday to the sweetest, sweetilicious sweetie of a sweetheart. I’d also like to say thank you for sharing with me all of the wonderful memories, and I hope we will make many more together in the future. @khan_mohsinkhan”.
And last month, on May 18, 2018, it was Shivangi’s 23rd birthday and Mohsin also shared the sweetest birthday message for his love, “Advance mai Happy Bday to this Beautiful girl...May Lord give u much more Success. God bless Always!!! Chand Mubaarak and Ramzaan mubaarak to all. It was during this blessed time 2 years back we started with Yeh rishta Mashallah. Well, there is no doubt that Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan make a cute and adorable couple together, and both are head-over-heels in love with each other. And we really hope that it’s all just rumours and everything is fine between the two.
