Ever since a couple embraces parenthood, they wish to seize every moment of their little one and celebrate their milestones for their child to cherish it forever. From their first smile, walk to their monthly and finally first birthday, every moment holds a special significance in their lives. To mark her son, Andreas Jax Panayiotou’s first month birthday, Amy Jackson had posted a video, singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to her little one. Amy captioned the video as "Happy Birthday my beautiful son - 1-month-old today. I can’t remember life before you. You’ve completed me in ways I can’t describe. I’m thankful for every second I spend with you and the love I have for you is infinite. I can’t wait to watch you grow into a strong, kind, caring young man. Andreas Jax Panayiotou turned one on September 17, 2020, and the doting mommy, Amy Jackson shared a special post for her ‘beautiful baby boy’ five days later. Amy posted a video, which comprised of little Andreas’ close-knit birthday celebrations and Ellie Goulding's song, How Long Will I Love You playing in the backdrop. From a white theme décor, a magnificent forest-themed birthday cake to smiles and happy family memories, Andreas’ first birthday is all about a dreamy celebration. For the celebrations, Amy made heads turn in a white gown with a chained back and hoop earrings, while Andreas became an exemplar of a handsome boy in an oversized blazer. Amy captioned her post as "My beautiful baby boy's special day."
To announce the arrival of her baby boy on September 23, 2019, Amy Jackson had shared their first family picture with her fiancé, George Panayiotou and newborn son, Andreas Jax Panayiotou in the frame. Amy had captioned it as “Our Angel, welcome to the world Andreas.” Seven days later, Amy had delighted her fans with a ‘baby photoshoot’ picture of Andreas and had captioned it as “Andreas Jax Panayiotou Just a little something to brighten up your Monday morning!” Soon after Amy’s post, the official photographer, Not Little for Long, had shared the same picture on their Instagram handle along with the caption, “A N D R E A S Look at this little handsome chops! After announcing the pregnancy, Amy Jackson in a tête-à-tête with HELLO! Magazine had revealed that her pregnancy was totally unplanned, and they were excitedly looking forward to becoming parents. She had said, "It was totally unplanned. We had no idea. We’re at that stage where we’re definitely ready for it. I don’t think you can ever plan something perfectly, but we’re in such a good place. We’re happy together, we have a beautiful home and we’re excited to be a mum and dad." Further sharing that her relationship with fiancé, George Panayiotou has deepened after she had conceived, Amy had stated, "We know each other pretty well – the good, the bad, the ugly and everything in between. We were inseparable before, but this is a different closeness." Planning to strike a balance between her personal and professional life once the baby arrived, Amy had conlcuded, "It’s important to have your own career and identity, but it’s nice to have this time to think about what’s next. I’ve always gone from one film to the next so I’m using this as a bit of respite – for now."
On June 21, 2020, Amy Jackson had posted a few pictures and a video of George Panayiotou and Andreas Jax Panayiotou to mark Father’s Day. Amy had captioned her post as “The best chapter yet. Thankyou for being such a loving, protective Daddy to our little boy. Happy Fathers Day.” On Easter 2020, Amy had sent love for her fans through her little bunny and in another post, she had revealed why they have two celebrations in the house. Amy had captioned her posts as “My happy lil bunny’s first Easter! Sending all our love to you” and “KALO PASXA we get two Easter celebrations in our house! It was Andreas’ first Greek Easter but it just wasn’t the same without our family around us. Every year we get together and eat wayyyy too much then we play games and listen to Yiayia’s stories about the good old days in Cyprus.
