There is no denying the fact that behind every successful man, there's a woman. And the perfect example is Indian cricketer, Virat Kohli, and his actress-wife, Anushka Sharma. Time and again, we have seen this adorable couple cheering for each other and showering heaps of praises on one another. From Anushka accompanying Virat on his cricket tours to Virat crediting his success to his wife, the two never fail to send their fans in a meltdown.
For the unversed, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli had got married on December 11, 2017. Since then, they have been living the best of their lives as husband and wife. Virat and Anushka are one of the most sought-after couples in the glamour world. On January 11, 2021, Anushka and Virat were blessed with a baby girl, whom they have named, Vamika Sharma Kohli.

Ahead of Virat Kohli's 100th test match, his wife, Anushka Sharma accompanied him on his cricket tour to Mohali, Punjab. Their daughter, Vamika, Virat's mother and his brother, Vikas Kohli, were also seen standing in the stands during the match. India is playing against Sri Lanka, and to mark Virat's 100th test match, he was given a ceremonial cap by former cricketer, Rahul Dravid on the occasion.
In the video from the ceremony, Anushka was seen in a white ruffled top and beige pants as she joined Virat on the field. After receiving the ceremonial cap from Rahul Dravid, Virat handed it over to Anushka and asked her to keep it. Sharing a few words during the ceremony, Virat said:
“I would like to thank my wife, my mom, and my brother in the stands.”

Ahead of the match, Virat said in an interview with BCCI that he feels blessed and really grateful that God gave him Anushka Sharma as his wife. The doting hubby added that he has changed for the right reasons after getting married to Anushka and shared:
"I have become a completely changed man for all the right reasons. I have evolved in the right way. I'm very, very grateful and thankful to God to have a life partner like her and she's been an absolute pillar of strength for me. I started evolving when Anushka came into my life and vice versa. We have both helped each other grow. I wouldn't have been able to go on with so much composure and so much passion and zeal if it wasn't for her in my life."

Virat Kohli, the gentleman hubby that he is, has always spoken highly about his wife, Anushka Sharma. In an interview with a leading news portal back in 2019, Virat had opened up about his marriage with Anushka. The cricketer had admitted that marriage is the best thing that has happened to him. Calling Anushka, 'the most beautiful person', Virat had heaped immense praises on her. He had said:
"I think over the last more than a year or so, the best thing to have happened to me is me getting married. It's literally changed my whole world. I have the most beautiful wife, the most beautiful person."

Further in the interview, Virat Kohli had explained how his wife, Anushka Sharma, motivates him and keeps him focused on his goals in life. The cricketer had also admitted that before his marriage with Anushka, he was extremely intense in his life. However, it had changed after marriage, as now Virat enjoys his life equally without getting distracted from his goals. He had said:
"That has been the most strong factor in my life to change the way I was. Before I was too intense in life and she (Anushka Sharma) always keeps me motivated, positive but at the same time we spend quality time with each other and totally get away from the game and that's the most important thing. I think I couldn't have been more lucky to have someone like that who can understand my mindset being in that position herself. I look forward to spending time with her and that's how I switch off."
