For all those who know and those who don’t, Ambanis’s beautiful daughter, Isha Ambani is getting engaged to her childhood friend, Anand Piramal in Italy in a three-day engagement affair and almost half of the Kapoor family is present there.
While chacha Anil Kapoor looked dapper in a black tuxedo and a bow tie, the world saw a never-seen avatar of Janhvi. The Dhadak star soared up the temperature in Italy by looking super-hot in a black lacey Tanya Ghavri gown, which she teamed with red lips. One of the pictures posted by Tanya had Janhvi pose ahead a series of cycles. Brother, Arjun Kapoor, who is known for pulling the leg of his sisters and co-stars, commented “You cycled to Como na” on the picture, to which baby sister, Janhvi wittily replied, “@arjunkapoor had to do my cardio”. Janhvi’s cousin sister, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and jiju, Anand S Ahuja too, were present at the bash. Before going to the venue of the event directly, the newly-married couple decided to take a smooth sail at the waters of Lake Como, Italy. The fashionista Sonam looked beautiful in the apparel she was wearing, which was gifted by her mom-in-law. Sharing a picture of the same, Sonam wrote, “Wearing my birthday present by @priya.ahuja27 thanks so much mom! Coming back to Arjun pulling Janhvi’s leg, during Raksha Bandhan 2018, Arjun ensured that he didn’t let it go down easy with her. Sharing a ramp-picture of Janhvi from a Lakme Fashion Week walk, Arjun posted a fun Instagram story with the words, “@janhvikapoor's expression when she's pretending she likes working out overeating. The world got to know a lot about Janhvi and the Kapoor family, thanks to the Dhadak promotions. At a recent interview, Janhvi spoke about what Arjun and Anshula mean to them. In an interview, she shared, “The only reason we can stand strong after whatever happened is because of the kind of love and support Arjun bhaiyya and Anshula didi [half-siblings] have been giving us [she and her younger sister, Khushi]. It’s a family dynamic that I relish. I am very thankful for them. I couldn’t have asked for a better brother and a better sister. They have given us a lot of strength. Sharing about how their family united after Sridevi’s death, Janhvi had revealed, “It’s made us feel safe and secure. I think, even for Papa, it’s a source of comfort. It’s definitely tied us together. We’ve lost mom and I don’t think that’s a loss any of us will ever get over.” She further went to say that her mother was a constant inspiration for her, “That’s always been my motivation. I’m so proud of my parents. I need to make them as proud of me.”
