Marrying your childhood love is a dream come true and starting a family with them is a blissful feeling. Ayushmann Khurrana had met his ladylove, Tahira Kashyap for the first time in his Physics tuition in class 12th. Love had knocked on their door and it was in 2001 when Ayushmann had confessed his feelings for Tahira. The two are married for over 12 years now and have two wonderful kids, Virajveer Khurrana and Varushka Khurrana. The couple is living the best phase of their lives, i.e., parenthood. It was with the birth of their first child, Virajveer that they had felt the blessing of parenthood and as he has turned a year older, Ayushmann and his wife, Tahira penned adorable wishes for him. When Virajveer had turned 8-year-old on January 2, 2020, Tahira had taken to her Instagram to wish the birthday boy with a special message, which could be read as “My everything! Wish you a blessed one! And you share your birthday with a great man of great vision #daisakuikeda may you follow the ideology of humanity and love over anything else. To have acceptance and to value people. Spread the love that you have and see your happiness grow too. My birthday boy I love you.” Now, to mark his 9th birthday and make it special, Tahira and Ayushmann have penned their heartfelt feelings for their firstborn child.
Now, that Virajveer has turned 9-years-old, his daddy, Ayushmann Khurrana and mommy, Tahira Kashyap Khurrana poured their love on their little one. While Ayushmann called him his reflection, Tahira penned a poem for him. Ayushmann shared a picture of his son playing the guitar and wrote, “Happy birthday son! I see my reflection in you. You are your own person. Mostly lost in your thoughts. You love your music. I remember you watching and admiring the moon all alone at the New Year’s Eve while the other kids were running around the bonfire. Nurture the artiste within, coz artistes are humane.” On the other hand, Tahira shared a picture of Virajveer with his furry friend, Peanut and penned, “Happy birthday my first born. You got my eyes, but I wish you have your own vision. You got the colour of my hair but I wish you have something of your own to share Spread love and humanity all around, beauty in everyone you should seek and may you realise that just like everyone you too are unique #birthdayboy.”
Ayushmann dotes on his son, Virajveer little too much and showers him with immense love. On January 2, 2019, when Virajveer Khurrana had turned 7, his doting parents had taken to their social media handles to wish their little one. Even though Ayushmann had kept his wish short and crisp, it had still spoken about the thousand feelings he holds for his son. Ayushmann had posted a selfie with his ‘jaan’ and had written, “Happy bday jaan!” On the other hand, Tahira had shared how there are days when she feels like picking up a chappal like a typical Punjabi mother and had written, “Gratitude. Whenever I look at you that’s what I feel except on a few days when I feel like picking up my chappal like a typical Punjabi mother! But most days it’s gratitude! Happy birthday my love, may you grow up to become a person who loves and respects humanity”. Ayushmann always feels that his son is his reflection. On May 18, 2020, we had witnessed the same as Tahira Kashyap Khurrana had given her fans a glimpse of her son, Virajveer Khurrana strumming the guitar while sitting in a corner of the house. Tahira had captioned the pictures as ““Time you enjoy wasting, was not wasted.” -John Lennon.” The proud daddy, Ayushmann Khurrana had posted the same picture as his IG story and had written, "Apni dhun mein rehta hai.
