Those who have already had their baby shower must have experienced the joy and those who are waiting, or will experience in sometime, here’s to you! Apart from your hubby becoming that extra pampering during your pregnancy, all you mostly receive are tonnes of concern calls from friends and relatives and truckloads of good food and tips! And apart from the mother herself, do you know who stays the most excited about your pregnancy? The one who is going to be a maasi or bua! And here, we are talking about none other than the multi-talented, Bhumi Pednekar!
It was Bhumi’s best friend, Shaina Nath’s (a renowned stylist) baby shower yesterday (July 29, 2019), where the mommy-to-be and her hubby had hosted a grand baby shower. The mommy-to-be looked extraordinarily gorgeous and the pregnancy glow on her face was evident. BFF Bhumi along with Yash Raj Films’ casting director, Shanoo Sharma too, attended the bash. Bhoomi herself took to Instagram and shared a beautiful picture from the function. She captioned the picture as, "Hello mummy and daddy to be..we can’t wait to become Masis. pop out soon baby taldar @shainanath @gautamtaldar @shanoosharmarahihai". Weren’t all the pictures beautiful? Also, now that you have seen the pictures of Bhumi’s bestie, Shaina’s baby shower, did you just wonder when you get to see similar pictures of Bhumi herself? By the way, do you all know that Bhumi received a dozen of proposals after her first film, Dum Laga Ke Haisha? But with her parents’ due consent, the actress turned all of them down. Here’s what she has to say about marriage in an interview with HT in 2017, “I have just started my journey in the film industry. I am young. Bhumi is friends with all her exes, yes! In yet another interview, the Lust Stories actress shared, “I am a modern day girl and of course I have dated many guys. But in all honesty, I was a child, so immature and naive. Everything was so frivolous and I’m not a bitter person. I’m friends with all my exes, as they were all friends. I feel these are the experiences that turn into the person you are.” And is she on the lookout? Bhumi shared, “Honestly, I haven’t thought about it. I am not against being in a relationship and neither is the case that I want to be in one. I just go with the flow. It is cool with me. I’m very content with my work and I never complain. I’m in a very good phase right now and I’ve not compromised on any aspect of my life.”
Now that Bhumi is an established actress in the Bollywood fraternity, does she get marital pressure from her family? She had revealed, “Fortunately, I come from a family where we were told ‘you are not getting married till you are successful.’ So, I have no family pressure and everyone is very chilled out and would never put me in a situation where I’d be asked to be with somebody or get married.” (Don't Miss!
