Popular actress, Chhavi Mittal is one of the most-loved actresses in the television industry. While some admire her acting skills, most people hail her for the kind of person she is in real life, as she never misses a chance to put her unfiltered thoughts in public. Something similar has happened again, and once again, people are praising the actress for giving a befitting response to a section of society, who tried their best to harm her mental health.
On January 2, 2023, Chhavi Mittal took to her Instagram handle and shared screengrabs of a series of comments that she received on her bikini pictures from her Dubai vacation. In the comments, people can be seen trolling the actress for flaunting her breast cancer scars, comparing her breasts with silicon breasts, and passing some extremely insensitive comments about her painful fight against breast cancer. While one troller wrote, "Maybe she just took out silicons", another netizen commented, "Breast cancer mein breast kaatne nahin padte?"

While most of the comments were heartbreaking, there were still some people, who defended the actress from such inhuman trollers and took a stand for Chhavi Mittal. One netizen wrote, "How do you know its silicon? And don’t forget, she just beat breast cancer. And you are commenting about silicon on a cancer survivor. Rip humanity. @chhavihussein seriously, dude you need to grow up." Another user taught a lesson to the trolls with a fiery comment that reads "Aayeshaa wow you making fun of breast cancer survivor. Like seriously how cheap are you."
Along with the screengrabs of the comments, Chhavi Mittal also penned a lengthy note in the caption, in which she gave a fitting reply to trolls. The actress shared how people are extremely insensitive towards celebrities and assume they are used to and deserve such hurtful comments. Further in her note, Chhavi also shared how her battle against breast cancer has been a life-changing experience for her. She penned:
"This is a new life that I’m living and it’s not the same as the previous one. Its been 7 months and I still have emotional days where I cry about the discomfort that I am subjected to on a daily basis for no fault of mine."

In the same note, Chhavi Mittal also explained the confusion around her breast cancer surgery and revealed everything about her treatment. The actress had a lumpectomy, a surgery in which the doctors removed just the lump in her breast instead of the entire body part. Chhavi added that the process in which the entire breast is removed is called mastectomy and revealed that it happens only in severe cases of breast cancer. It was because of timely checkups that Chhavi managed to detect it before anything serious. However, it was still a painful phase for her, and she will never forget it for the rest of her life.
