Gone are the days when we would have to wait for a feature magazine to shoot and give glimpses of the homes of our favourite celebrities. With the advent of social media, celebrities are giving a house tour of their luxurious homes, proving that home is more than just four walls. After Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakkar, Ramayan fame, Debina Bonnerjee gave a tour of her and Gurmeet Choudhary's home on her YouTube channel. Debina and Gurmeet's home in Mumbai was renovated a few months ago and finally, she delighted her fans with a glimpse of her revamped abode.

Known as Ram and Sita of the television world, Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary's love story and married life reinstates one's faith in true companionship. Way before Ramayan, Debina and Gurmeet met each other for the first time during a talent contest. After being acquainted, they were not in touch for a brief period and when Debina moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in acting, Gurmeet would visit her house often, as he was her roommate's boyfriend's friend. That's when Gurmeet and Debina acquaintance blossomed into friendship. Eventually, love blossomed between the two and in 2006, Gurmeet and Debina eloped to get married without informing their parents. A year and a half later, Gurmeet and Debina informed their parents and in 2011, they made it official.
Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary are living their marital life in their own little world, making the most of their phase. Debina and Gurmeet are ardent social media users and they often share glimpses of their personal life through Vlogs on her YouTube channel, Debina Decodes. Debina and Gurmeet renovated their home in Mumbai a few months ago and now, she gave a house tour to her fans. From an extremely fancy grand entrance with symmetrical mirror on the wall as well as the ceiling, a hidden temple on the North-East corner of her house to their wall of fame, entry to Debina and Gurmeet's home is secured with a high-tech safety lock and the living room tour has already given us major goals.
Moving on from the wall of fame in their living room, the dining section of Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary's home is adjacent to the drawing-room. With a dining table set in the grandest way possible, a wall-sized mirror, a yuga bar unit, a wall filled with precious golden and white framed pictures of the couple, Debina and Gurmeet's living room and dining area is joined by an open kitchen. The kitchen in their house has a mini marbled counter at the entrance and high-tech appliances in the combination of white and black. Every appliance and switch are Alexa-controlled, making it a perfect modern house.

Before Debina Bonnerjee gave a living room tour of her revamped house, she had also given a complete house tour to her fans on the YouTube channel in January 2021. From the partition in their living room which segregates it from their bedrooms and washrooms to her well-though vanity area which is a perfect tip for the girls out there, Debina beautifully decoded her home for her fans.
It was in 2006 when Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary had secretly tied the knot at a temple in Goregaon, Mumbai and five years later, in 2011, they had made it official by registering their marriage in the presence of their families. In February 2021, Debina and Gurmeet had completed a decade of their official marriage and on the special occasion, in an interview with The Times Of India, the couple had spoken about their journey together. Gurmeet had said, "Outstanding! We both met when we were not actors. We were struggling then. We started the acting journey together as Ram and Sita in Ramayan and coincidentally we became a couple in real life. We are still friends and we still fight a lot on trivial issues. I mean, the topic of our fight is so petty sometimes that even our friends laugh at us. One thing that has changed over these years is that I used to take a lot of time after the fight to get back to normal, but now that happens in a few minutes."
Revealing how their journey has been a roller-coaster ride, having their own share of struggles and success together, Debina Bonnerjee had continued, "The journey has been a roller coaster which for me means amazing and full of thrills. Now that we were coming to Ayodhya to seek the divine blessings of the lord for completing 10 years of our marriage, we realize that it has been a long time. Isse pehle the number of years didn't come to our mind as such. For me, everything just happened yesterday. We have lived a large part of our lives together. We have shared our struggles and success together. As far as our fights are concerned, I don’t believe in holding grudges in a relationship for long. And yes, I am the first person to apologize in the relationship."
