Popular television actress, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya had met her soulmate, Vivek Dahiya on the sets of their show, Yeh hai Mohabbatein. After an engagement in January 2016, Divyanka Tripathi had officially added Dahiya to her name on July 8, 2016, after marrying her soul mate, Vivek Dahiya.

On December 15, 2021, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya took to her Instagram handle and shared a thrilling video with her husband, Vivek Dahiya, from their recent paragliding session in Abu Dhabi parasail. In the video, Divyanka and Vivek can be seen enjoying a paragliding ride and looking stunning as ever. During their ride, Divyanka asked Vivek whether he could take the plunge for her if her smartphone falls in the sea by mistake? The husband denied it, after which, Divyanka told him to prove his love for her by taking the plunge. Answering this, Vivek said, "Main nahi karta sacha pyar, I'm not the one." After which, Divyanka said, "Aj pata chal gaya."
As Vivek Dahiya had turned 37 on November 7, 2021, his wife, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, had arranged a unique pre-birthday surprise for him. She had arranged a dinner date with Vivek in the sky! Yes, in the sky, as she had booked a space to have dinner in the air at a place called, Dinner in the sky, Dubai. The crew had taken Vivek and Divyanka at a height for their romantic meal sessions with a beautiful view of Dubai's skyline. Sharing the video, Divyanka had penned a sweet note in the caption, and it could be read as:
"Vivek's pre-birthday surprise. Dinner in the air, Dubai."

In an interview with Times Now, Vivek Dahiya had recalled his first date with his lovely wife, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya. Speaking about how their colleague had patched them to meet, Vivek had revealed that their mutual friend had informed Divyanka's mother about him as she was looking for a suitable match for her daughter. Vivek had further shared Divyanka's mother's reaction about him and had said:
"We were patched by a colleague. An actor who used to work with us, he knew me personally and he knew her also personally. I was not looking (for someone). Her mom (Divyanka's mom) was looking for someone for her, so she told him (the actor) that 'if you find a good boy, a suitable boy, you please call me'. So he called her and told her that this (Vivek) is the same guy who played a cop in the show. So she said, 'oh ya I like him'."
