Gauahar is going through a rough time in her life as she had just lost her father. The actress had shared the heartbreaking news of her father's demise. She had taken to her IG handle and had penned a note, which could be read as "My Hero. No man like you, Ever. My father has passed, to the ever after as an Angel. Alhamdulillah. His passing away was a testament to his beautiful life n the best soul he was. Forever My Pappa. I love you oh so much. I am so much of you Pappa. And yet can never ever be even a percent of your magnanimous personality. Keep him in your prayers please."
Amidst it, rumours were rife that Gauahar is pregnant when her hubby, Zaid had posted a cryptic video, with the caption, “It's confirmed, We have a new Atrangz joining us!Inke reaction se kya lagta hain ? Kaun ho sakta hain ? Comments main batao !!!” Soon, media mills started reporting. After which, Gauahar slammed one of the news website on Twitter. Her tweet can be read as "Tumhara dimaag kharaab hai! Aur facts bhi. 12 saal chote waali galat news hui purani, so get ur facts right b4 typing! Earlier, in an interview with ETimes, Gauahar had confirmed the news of her age gap. She had stated, "Let me clear this, the age difference that has come out is wrong. 12 years is wrong and it is very easy for people to make it news. But it is wrong. Yes, he is a few years younger to me but 12 is not the number. He is way more mature than I am and he has brought the sense of balance in my life." On March 7, 2021, Gauahar's hubby, Zaid had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a beautiful throwback picture with his father-in-law and wifey, Gauahar from one of his pre-wedding ceremonies. Alongside it, the actor had written, "My father in law by relation, but I felt like his son from the heart. t was my honour to know you Pappa. And my blessing to have had the opportunity to serve you even a lil bit. I truly love you and I know you loved me too. I know you will be smiling your innocent smile in JANNAH FOREVER. Ameen. I shall take care of your daughter, always. In sha Allah."
Earlier, Zaid had penned a note for his father-in-law. Sharing a picture with him, the actor had written, "Please keep my father in law in your Duaa's. Allah gives him the best of health. Ameen.
