However, one thing that everyone knows about her is the fact that she was extremely close to her grandparents, Dhirubhai Ambani and Kokilaben Ambani. The doting granddaughter never skips a chance to remember them and often talk about them in a lot of interviews and media interactions. However, a rare collage consisting of two rare pictures of Isha Ambani and her brother, Akash Ambani is doing rounds on the internet at the moment for all the good reasons.
On June 02, 2020, a fan page dedicated to Isha Ambani took to their Instagram handle and posted a collage consisting of two beautiful pictures vertically. In the above picture, we can see a little Isha Ambani with her beloved and late grandfather, Dhirubhai Ambani. The grandfather can be seen posing for the camera with his trademark wide smile that used to come, whenever he’s around his favourite grandchild, Isha Ambani. While in the picture below, we can spot a cotton ball in the name of Akash Ambani, who is in his grandmother, Kokilaben Ambani’s arms and adorably posing for the camera. However, it’s hard to get awestruck by the glow of the doting grandmother. We all are aware of the fact that Isha Ambani was her grandparents’ favourite and she too was extremely close to them and the young lady tries her best to cherish them with these throwback pictures. Back in 2018, we had come across a video from Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal’s grand engagement party in Mumbai. The video was a special one because in the video, Isha’s granny, Kokilaben Ambani had narrated a very cute incident to Isha. Kokilaben had shared that when Isha was born to the time she had turned 6 months old, her grandfather, Dhirubhai Ambani would wake up and go directly to her room to see her face. He would refuse to have his morning tea until he saw Isha’s face in the morning every day. This is how much he loved her. Isha Ambani is extremely close to her family right from the beginning and a lot of its credit goes to her grandparents and parents, who give these values to her and other kids of the family too. In an interview with the Vogue, Isha Ambani had spoken about her star family and handling business disagreements. She had shared, “We are a family-owned business but that does not mean we are family-run. With my mother in school, I work for her. Similarly, with my father at Reliance, I work for him. So it’s like any boss-and-subordinate relationship, but we always discuss everything healthily and openly. I definitely cannot be making any decision in isolation. We have to take calls in a responsible and data-driven way and we also have the management and boards to answer to.
