The beautiful actress entered into the new phase of her life by marrying her real-estate businessman boyfriend, Varun Bangera.
On February 3, 2022, Karishma's wedding celebrations have kickstarted with shagun ki haldi. For her haldi ceremony, Karishma had donned pristine white couture from the designer duo, Sukriti and Aakriti. Her haldi outfit had featured a strappy kurta with a sharara and a dupatta with kiran border. She had styled her look with floral jewellery, including jhumkas, matha patti and tassel attached haath phool.

A few moments back, we got the first glimpse of Karishma Tanna's unmissable diamond ring and a dainty mangalsutra that took our breath away. The newly-wedded couple looked like a jodi straight out of heaven. However, what caught everyone's attention was the sweet peck of love that Karishma's husband, Varun Bangera planted on her forehead and cheeks. The moment was captured by the paparazzi in their cameras and now the pictures are winning everyone's hearts all over the internet.
On February 4, 2021, Karishma and Varun had their mehendi ceremony and the duo looked vibrant in their respective ensembles. Varun had donned a maroon-coloured kurta and pyjama and had paired it with a matching jacket. On the other hand, Karishma had looked stunning in a yellow-coloured bandhani printed lehenga with an embroidered choli and a dupatta.

On January 1, 2022, Karishma had shared a series of pictures with her fiance, Varun. The duo was seen holding hands and lost in each other's embrace in the photos. Alongside it, Karishma had penned a happy start to her new year. She had written:
"Thanku 2021, Excited for #2022, Happy New Year to you all."
On November 14, 2021, when reports of Karishma Tanna and Varun Bangera's engagement had flashed the headlines, their common friend, Suved had shared a cosy picture of the couple on his IG handle, confirming the same. In the picture, we could see the couple lost in each other’s eyes as they had snuggled together. Along with it, Suved had written:
"Two hearts one beat two bodies on soul. Congratulations to my man @varun_bangera and my KT.....the rumours should stop now."
