Bollywood's most adored couple, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif had kept their relationship under the wraps for two years as the sparks had ignited between them since 2019. And during the lockdown phase in 2020, their bond had grown stronger, and the couple had decided to tie the knot for real! They had got married on December 9, 2021, at Six Senses Fort Barwara, in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.

Well, did you know that Katrina Kaif was not sure of marrying Vicky Kaushal and gave a condition before accepting his marriage proposal? Yes, that's right. After two months of dating each other, Vicky had decided that Katrina was the one for him, but the actress wasn't so sure of it. A close source to the couple revealed to Rediff.com:
"It was all so sudden… their meeting, courtship, romance, marriage. Vicky decided with two months of their relationship that she was the woman he wanted to spend his life with. Katrina was less sure. She was still hurting from the wounds of her previous break-up. She liked Vicky, but she needed time."
The source further mentioned that even though the Tiger actress, Katrina liked Vicky very much, she wasn't sure about getting married and thus gave a pre-condition to the actor. The source was quoted as saying:
"He pursued her until she said yes to marriage. But she put forward one precondition. He had to give her family, her mother and siblings, the same love and respect he gives her."

The pictures from their wedding prove that Katrina's actor-husband, Vicky Kaushal had gelled up with her cousins and siblings. A close friend of the couple had shared:
"Before the wedding, they hadn't even met Vicky Kaushal. Now, it's like they've known him all their life."
Recently, Vicky Kaushal's cousin, Upasana Vohra had revealed an interesting detail about Vicky-Katrina's wedding. She had mentioned that the bride, Katrina had only spoken Punjabi with Vicky throughout their wedding festivities. In a video that has been trending on the internet, Upasana had answered social media users questions. When a user had asked whether Katrina spoke in Punjabi, Upasana had replied:
"Yes. Throughout the wedding, she is only speaking in Punjabi."
