One of them is Khloe Kardashian, whose life has been a roller coaster ride. Khloe Kardashian has been in a relationship with NBA player, Tristan Thompson and their relationship timeline is more interesting that any web show. From being happily together and expecting a baby to Tristan cheating on Khloe with her sister, Kylie’s BFF, Jordan Woods, to finally being on good terms, a lot has been seen in their relationship. Khloe and Tristan are parents to a baby girl. It was after months of speculations that the couple had confirmed the news of Khloe’s pregnancy on her IG handle in December 2017. Khloe had shared a picture of her baby bump with Tristan’s hands around it and had announced the news with a long caption, an excerpt from it could be read as “My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby!” It was on April 12, 2018, when Khloe and Tristan had welcomed their first child, a daughter, whom they have named, True Thompson. Now, the couple is planning to welcome their baby number 2 via surrogacy.
It was in April 2020, when in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe had announced her decision to freeze her eggs. Now, on Sarah Hyland’s Lady Parts show, Khloe talked about her fertility issues and embryo-making process. In a teaser of the episode, Khloe revealed successfully making embryos with Tristan Thompson. She said that she had tried IVF three different times and had tried freezing her eggs. She said, “I’ve had about 12 or 14 eggs — I cant really remember — and I defrosted them all to mix with sperm.” Later, Khloe sadly revealed that “none of them survived,” which is why she decided to make embryos.
Khloe also explained how making embryos is a slightly different fertility process from just freezing the eggs. Revealing that her eggs were not strong enough to be frozen and needed to be mixed with sperm immediately, she said, “We realized that my eggs aren’t strong enough to be frozen; they need to be mixed immediately with sperm to make embryos.” She further revealed that thus, she “made embryos” with her beau, Tristan. Khloe also revealed that her fertility process is not exactly going as per her plan due to the pandemic. She said, “And then, you know, with COVID, finding this whole fertility process, if you do need assistance in fertility, it’s much more challenging during COVID…They say, ‘If you wanna make God laugh, tell him your plans.’ So the one time I’m actually really trying to plan, God is saying, ‘Uh uh, you can’t make your plans like this!’.” Sharing that she wanted to have kids that are closer in age, but with COVID and fertility issues, her plans have been delayed. She added, “My plan was to have kids closer in age. But now with COVID and everything, my plan’s been a little delayed. But I definitely do want more kids. I have so many brothers and sisters.
