Bollywood actress, Kriti Sanon is rumoured to be dating her Adipurush co-star, Prabhas for some time now. Reports are rife that the much-in-love couple often spends time together, but they have been taking things slow. Amidst all the speculations, Kriti's Bhediya co-star, Varun Dhawan also dropped a major hint about her love life and revealed that she is dating someone.
While Kriti's fans were bursting with joy after receiving an update about her love life, the actress shattered their hopes as she called her relationship rumours with Prabhas 'baseless'. On November 30, 2022, taking to her IG stories, Kriti shared a note and revealed that Varun was joking around, but his fun banter led to her dating rumours. She also added a 'Fake news' GIF along with the note. Kriti's note can be read as:
"Its neither Pyaar, no PR... our Bhediya just went a little too wild on a reality show. And his fun banter lead to some howl-arious rumours. Before some portal announces my wedding date- let me burst your bubble. The rumours are baseless!"

Well, not just Varun Dhawan, even Kriti Sanon had added fuel to the ongoing speculations about her relationship with Prabhas. It so happened that in an interview with India Today, Kriti Sanon was asked among the actors, Tiger Shroff, Kartik Aaryan and Prabhas, whom she would like to flirt with, date and marry. The actress quickly replied that she would flirt with Kartik Aaryan and date Tiger Shroff. Moreover, she did not shy away from revealing that she would marry Prabhas. And, in a way, she gave a hint about the dating rumours being true.
After Kriti's revelation, media portals were flooded with multiple reports about her and Prabhas' love life. One among them was a report in Bollywood Life, that revealed that the Baahubali actor went down on his knee to pop the million-dollar question to his Adipurush co-star, Kriti Sanon. And surprisingly, the actress too said 'Yes'. Well, not just this, the report further mentioned that the couple’s families are happy with their relationship, and thus, the two would get engaged after the release of their film, Adipurush.

For the unversed, Kriti Sanon and Prabhas will share the screen for the first time in the film, Adipurush. The much-awaited film was earlier scheduled to release in January 2023 but has now been postponed to June 2023. On October 2, 2022, the much-awaited teaser of the film, Adipurush, was unveiled in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, and a 50 feet tall poster was placed to mark the event. However, the main highlight of the event was Kriti and Prabhas' chemistry with one another, which left everyone in awe of them.
