A SpotboyE report had it yesterday (February 6, 2019), that the Belan Wali Bahu actress is dating Race 3 actor, Freddy Daruwala. The most interesting part was that Freddy and Krystle’s ex-beau, Karan Tacker are friends through celebrity designer, Manish Malhotra. And if rumours were to be believed, Krystle and Freddy too, met at one of the events hosted by the celebrity designer. And that is how the trio had attended an event together. It has also been shared that Krystle and Freddy’s social media PDA and growing intimacy is creating quite a buzz in the glamour world. When the online portal reached out to Freddy for comments, he had maintained a ‘no comments’ stance and Krystle didn’t talk about it altogether until her tweet revealed it all.
The Ekk Nayi Pehchaan actress took to Twitter and finally revealing her relationship status with Freddy, tweeted, “Wow! Never even met this person [Freddy Daruwala] in my life and I am apparently dating and have some ‘growing PDA at private parties’ with him? I don’t know to laugh or be upset about baseless news like these! Also, you might be looking for ‘crystal’ and I might be looking forward to an apology.” Whoa, that cleared it all!
For the uninitiated, Freddy Daruwala is an already married man. In a 2017 interview with Hindustan Times, he had stated that he likes to keep his personal life away from public glare, the reason you will not find most of his family pictures on social media. Speaking about his family life, he had stated, "My family prefers leading a normal life. You won’t find their photos online nor do I share them on social media. My mother still goes out for grocery shopping and bargains with the seller. To keep them away from public attention, I make sure that I don’t speak much about them. If they get recognised, they have to follow a certain lifestyle, and they aren’t ready for it." Speaking about his marriage, he had then shared, "It’s not that I deny that I am married, but I don’t want to talk about what’s going on in my personal [married] life. I’d rather talk about my work." Krystle D’souza was earlier rumoured to be dating her Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai co-star, Karan Tacker. Though they never admitted to being in a relationship, their close camaraderie, holiday pictures and selfies revealed it all! However, last year rumours started emerging that the alleged couple has called it quits. About their ‘just friends’ stance, Krystle had once shared with Bombay Times, “I don’t think every relationship needs to be defined. I look up to Karan, he inspires me and I can count on him; it’s mutual. We are clear about what equation we share and what we feel for each other. That should be enough.”
In an interview with the TOI, Karan expressed his feelings for Krystle and said that he is possessive about her. He had shared, “I want people to talk about my work and know me more for my work. But yes, I am very proud of the relationships and women I have been with. I wouldn’t want to admit or deny about this but yes, Krystle and I share a very special bond and I am very possessive about her.”
He had further added, "As actors, our life is already very much in the public eye. I feel that this is the only part of your life that is something that you can hold onto yourself and let no intruder invade the privacy. I am not against in talking about relationships. But once you start talking about it, the whole focus, whole attention becomes about the relationship and it is all that is majorly spoken about. I want people to talk about my work and know me more for my work. But yes, I am very proud of the relationships and women I have been with.”
In a 2017 interview with IANS, Krystle shared that everything written about her alleged affair is a rumour until one spots a ring on her finger. She had stated, “It's lovely that people are so interested in my life. No matter how much you make the world a part of your life through social media, it's never enough. They all want more and I truly understand why. It's their never-ending love for me that wants to know every detail of my life possible. About my love life, I would like to say I am single till I have a ring on the right finger and a wedding date."
