Kkusum couple, Manasi Joshi and Rohit Roy knows each other for more than 26 years now and are still madly in love with each other. Rohit was working as an assistant director at Kunal Kapoor’s office when he had first seen Manasi’s pictures as she was a model and was left awestruck. Soon, after a couple of meetings, the two became fond of each other and after dating for six years, had tied the knot on June 23, 1999.

On June 23, 2020, when Rohit Roy and Manasi Joshi Roy had completed 21 years of togetherness, the actress had shared a glimpse of how they had celebrated the day in the ‘new normal’ world. In the picture, Manasi and Rohit were all decked up with masks and face shields and she had captioned it as "Happy 21st Anniversary to us. The lockdown has changed how we celebrate our special days, but I’m actually loving this new way. A nice drive to town, some takeaway & it’s a good evening."
Manasi Joshi Roy and Rohit Roy are celebrating their 22nd anniversary today, i.e., June 23, 2021, and the two penned beautiful wishes for each other. Manasi shared a picture of the framed photo from their wedding day that they have at their home and wrote, “22 years ago on this day in June we sealed a 7 year relationship with the stamp of marriage Happy Anniversary @rohitboseroy We’ve come a long way.”
While Manasi Joshi Roy shared a throwback picture from their wedding day, Rohit Roy shared a recent picture with his wifey and captioned it as “Happy anniversary @manasijoshiroy Not going to be cheesy today! PS: love the vibe in this picture shot at a place aptly called LOVE FOOLS! #22years of #romans.”
On the completion of their 25 years of knowing each other, Rohit Roy had recalled their love story and had penned, “On the 23rd of may 1992, I asked this gorgeous, young model out on a date.. I had met her only a couple days before through a common friend.. She was a top notch model n had been given the title of ‘the face of the nineties’ and I was a lowly ranked assistant to Kunal Kapoor (son on the legendary shashi kapoor)..”

Rohit had further added how Manasi had agreed for the date, “Happily n surprisingly, she obliged me without much of a fuss (must have earned some brownie points at our 1st meeting) and off we went on my scooter to the shiv sagar restaurant (coz that’s all I could afford on a kingly salary of 1500 rupees a month ) We ordered a Ganga jamuna (mash up of orange n mosambi) for her n a mango milk shake for me!”
Cherishing how that date decided their life forever, Rohit ended his note as “Must have spent a couple of hours there but those were the most eventful hours in my life.. those 2 hours determined how we would spend the rest of our lives! That day, unbeknownst to me, or her, for that matter, I met the love of my life.. a woman so beautiful inside out that she took over my life n every aspect of it without me even realising it.. it’s been 25 years today n my world still starts n ends with her."
