The Bengali beauty of Indian television, Mouni Roy, has been stealing zillions of hearts with her elegance. Mouni had joined Bollywood in 2004 as a background dancer in the song, Nahi Hona from the film, Run. However, she had risen to fame with her role of 'Krishna Tulsi' in Ekta Kapoor's TV show, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. After her stint in the serial, she had made her debut in Bollywood with the film, Gold, starring Akshay Kumar.
Mouni Roy doesn’t like to talk about her personal life in public. She had kept her relationship with Suraj Nambiar under wraps for the longest time. In August 2020, we had found a video on Instagram featuring Mouni Roy shooting hoops. In the video, Mouni was cheered by a voice in the background. According to a report in ETimes, the voice was of her rumoured boyfriend, Suraj. The report had also claimed that Mouni was seen shooting hoops in The Marina Torch, the building where Suraj Nambiar stays. She was also spotted in Dubai with Suraj on a trip.

A few moments ago, pictures of Mouni Roy having a gala time with her girl gang in Goa surfaced online and gave rise to speculations that she was celebrating her bachelorette party. In one of the pictures shared by Mouni's friend, Aashka Goradia, the girl gang can be seen dressed in matching black robes, holding placards, and celebrating. Another picture showed Mouni, Aashka, and their friends chilling and enjoying on the beach. Sharing the pictures, Aashka captioned them as:
“Wonderful time in the company of even more wonderful women…Celebrating Monobinaaaa @imouniroy Blessings and only blessings for this you Mo Mo.”

However, Aashka's caption led Mouni's fans to speculate that the celebrations were part of the actress' bachelorette party. One fan commented on the post and asked, “Celebration for what? Was that her bachelor party?” Moreover, Mouni and Aashka also commented on the post, but neither of them responded to the fan's comment.
A few months back, reports were rife that Mouni Roy’s cousin had interacted with a local newspaper in Cooch Behar, West Bengal and had confirmed that the actress will marry Suraj Nambiar soon. The couple will have a destination wedding either in Dubai or Italy, and the reception will be in Cooch Behar. The Bombay Times had further reported that their pre-wedding will take place on January 26, 2022, and the wedding will happen on January 27, 2022.

While Mouni Roy has been keeping her relationship away from the limelight, the portal had quoted its source as saying:
“Her close friends have been asked to save the date. The venue is yet to be disclosed. It could be a destination wedding. A function will be hosted in her hometown, Cooch Behar, as well.”

Mouni had flaunted a huge diamond rock on her ring finger, which had made everyone wonder if she had secretly got engaged. On National Handloom Day, Mouni had posted a few pictures in a saree where we could spot the ring on her finger.
