Navya Naveli Nanda is the granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan. One look at her and we all wonder, she has it all, what might even bother her, but that is not always the case. She lives amidst the glamour world and has a high profile life, but still sometimes that is not enough. As they say, money cannot buy you happiness. Navya Naveli Nanda has a healthcare platform with the name ‘Aara Health’ and recently, on the official Instagram handle of the organization an IG TV was shared, where Navya can be seen talking about her anxiety issues with the other co-founders.

Navya is working on normalising the conversation, organisation, Aara Health. In the video, shared on the IG handle of the organization, Navya opened up on her struggle with anxiety and how she is taking therapy for it. Talking with the co-founders, Navya shared how earlier she used to feel uncomfortable talking about her therapy session or sharing that she goes for therapy. She said, “It was something new for me as well. I wanted to kind of experience it myself before talking about it. Obviously, my family knows that I am in therapy but I don’t think any of my friends do. I don’t know if I would still go and tell them.” On the video, Navya’s mother, Shweta Bachchan commented ‘Bravo’ as it is indeed a proud moment for her to see her daughter, bravely talk about her therapy sessions in public. Navya also talked about how she had multiple moments in her life when she had hit rock bottom, without knowing any reason for the same. Then, she talked about how talking with someone frequently helped her get over that phase. She shared, “I went fairly recently, like you said that you realise when you hit rock bottom. I feel like I hit rock bottom multiple times and I just couldn’t figure out why. I was like okay, obviously something has to change, I need to talk about it. I think it helped coming to that conclusion. Now once a week I am in that routine and I don’t think I am even close to hitting rock bottom because I have everything in control, I am talking to someone. Now I can identify what are the things that even get me to hit rock bottom. People realise too late sometimes that they need to get help.” (Recommended Read: Khushi Kapoor Starts Modelling As She Strikes A Classy Pose For Sister Turned Photographer, Janhvi)

She mentioned, “There have been times in my life when I haven’t been surrounded by positive people and I have seen how negatively it has impacted the way that I think. Not just about myself but about the world. I have learnt from then on that I am only going to surround myself with people who make me feel good and happy.”

It was on May 11, 2020, when Navya Naveli Nanda had launched her healthcare platform with the name ‘Aara Health’ and a page has been maintained on Instagram.
