On November 12, 2022, Neetu Kapoor was spotted at the airport, and she provided an update about her newborn granddaughter. The actress looked chic in a black t-shirt which she styled with a matching blazer and a pair of pants. With her hair half-tied, Neetu accessorised her look with a scarf, a handbag and cool sunglasses. When the paparazzi asked the veteran actress about Alia and Ranbir's baby girl, she responded:
"Bahut achhi hai, first class hai."

Neetu Kapoor missed her darling husband, late Rishi Kapoor every day. September 4, 2022, marked Rishi Kapoor's birth anniversary, and Neetu had posted a hilarious picture with him on her IG handle. In the photo, Neetu and Rishi could be seen twinning with each other and posing for a happy picture together. They were wearing matching black t-shirts and funny props. Alongside it, Neetu had penned:
