As per a report in Bollywoodlife, the families have been rushing here and there, and the wedding shopping has kick-started in full swing already. And guess what? The first thing to check off from the list is their wedding jewellery. As we all know that Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding is to take place in Loko Como in Italy, we cannot doubt the fact that the families want the entire shopping to be done in India itself.
Surely, the jewellery designers have been finalised and assigned their work. However, what surprises us the most is the fact that reportedly families are buying only silver jewellery. Yes, there would be no gold and platinum but only silver jewellery in Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding.
DeepVeer’s wedding has long been making it to the headlines and until recently, we were all conjecturing and reporting based on unconfirmed statements. But when the veteran actor, Kabir Bedi congratulated the couple on Twitter, we couldn’t control our joy. He took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Great couple! Great locale in Italy! Great event! Wishing @RanveerOfficial and @deepikapadukone a wonderful wedding, and a lifetime of happiness”.
Now, we all know that celebrities tend to incline themselves towards a hush-hush wedding but what would happen when even the guests who have been invited are not allowed inside with their cell phones? Yes, at DeepVeer’s wedding, the guests have been asked to not to bring their mobile phones inside the venue. A report in a media portal can be quoted a source as saying, “They (Deepika and Ranveer) have asked guests to not bring their cell phones to the ceremony. Considering the fact that it will be a destination wedding, there will be fewer people and all the arrangements will be in place. While the two, in all likelihood, will share pictures with their fans eventually, they hope this step will help them guard their privacy”.
An earlier report in the Filmfare suggested, “It’s a very special day for both Ranveer and Deepika which is why they just want the close ones to be present for their wedding ceremony. Mostly it will be their families and a few close friends. The guest list consists of merely 30 people and that’s exactly how these two want it. Italy is a favourite destination of both Ranveer and Deepika so they want to keep their big day more of a private affair. They are looking forward to hosting grand receptions once they’re back in India post the wedding”.
Filmfare had also earlier reported about the wedding date. According to a report in Filmfare, “The maximum time was taken to decide the date. Both Ranveer and Deepika want everything about their marriage to be perfect. November 10th suited their calendars as well as their parents. The roka was done long back and the wedding date was finalised just a few weeks ago”.
