Pandya Store actress, Shrashti Maheshwari got hitched to a Bangalore-based tech engineer, Karan Vaidya on June 19, 2022, in Karan’s hometown, Jaipur. The couple got engaged in February 2020 and was supposed to get married in April 2020, but they had to postpone their wedding due to the pandemic.
And now the couple is on cloud nine as they are soon going to enter the parenthood league. Yes, Shrashti and Karan are expecting their first child. On January 6, 2022, Shrashti took to her IG handle and posted a cute video, where we can see her hubby, Karan helping her tie her shoelaces and pampering her. Along with the cute video, she announced her pregnancy with hashtags, which can be read as “#complete #soontobeparents.”

Shrashti Maheshwari became a household name after playing a negative character in the serial, Pandya Store. She has also been a part of other serials like Divya Drishti, Raabta, Thaapki Pyaar Ki, etc. In June 2022, Shrashti began a new chapter of her life with Karan Vaidya in an arranged marriage.

Earlier, in an interview with ETimes, Shrashti opened up about her marriage and shared that she feels blessed to have such lovely in-laws and such a romantic husband. Talking about the same, the actress stated that nothing had changed for her even after her marriage. She also stated that her in-laws are quite open-minded people and her husband is a die-hard romantic.

Talking about Shrashti and Karan’s wedding, the actress looked like a vision in a red lehenga choli at her wedding which she paired with golden temple jewellery, including two neckpieces, matching earrings, a maang teeka, a nath and a unique three-tier kaleera. She completed her makeup with winged liner, blushed cheeks and red lipstick. On the other hand, her groom, Karan looked dashing in a pristine white-coloured sherwani and accentuated it with a pagdi and a doshala.
Born in Bareilly to a Marwari family, Shrashti Maheshwari received a lot of popularity with the show, Bigg Boss season 7 and has a number of shows to her credit. Shrashti started her career with the Big Magic show, Big Fame. She later appeared in Bigg Boss as a ‘Pari’ and rose to fame. She also played a negative role in the show, Thapki Pyaar Ki.
