Happy news is raining in the tinsel town! And now, the wedding bells are ringing out loud for South superstar, Rajinikanth’s younger daughter, Soundarya Rajinikanth. Yes, the Indian graphic designer, producer and director, Soundarya is getting married again after her failed marriage with Ashwin Ramkumar, which ended in 2017. The lucky guy in Soundarya’s life is none other than, businessman-actor Vishagan Vanangamudi, who also got divorced a few years ago.
If the reports are to be believed, the wedding is scheduled to take place at Rajinikanth's residence Poes Garden in Chennai on February 11, 2019. In addition to this, the wedding will be followed by a lavish reception party that will be held on February 12, 2019. And that’s not all, the reports further state that Rajinikanth's wife Latha has written a letter to Tamil Nadu police and requested them for the protection during wedding and reception. The reason behind the same is that the events will happen around midnight that might lead to traffic disturbance. There have been rumours of Soundarya’s wedding doing the rounds for quite some time now, but nothing was confirmed until now. Now, Soundarya has confirmed the wedding news herself. She took to her official Twitter handle and shared a lovely snap, wherein her bridal glow can clearly be seen. She shared the below snap, and captioned it as, “#OneWeekToGo #BrideMode #Blessed #VedVishaganSoundarya #Family”.
Talking to RITZ magazine in 2016, when she was asked why she had decided to part ways with her husband, she only replied, “I don’t wish to discuss it. Whatever decision has been taken wasn’t overnight and was after a lot of thought. So, what’s the one thing that she is immensely proud of? For the ones who don’t know, Soundarya has a son named, Ved, from her first marriage. The proud mother was then quoted as saying, “I wouldn’t even think twice. I am most proud to be a mom. I am very proud that I am able to balance my life in such a way that my son comes first for me and I am a working woman too.”
On striking a right balance between her personal as well as her professional life with a son at home, Soundarya shared, “That is what life is all about. Life is about balancing, and I love doing it. I spend plenty of time with my baby and always make sure I am with him for his meals and I take him to school.
