It is pretty impossible to intervene between a pair of gossiping besties since their bonding is more intangible than physical. One such pair of besties in Btown is Akansha Ranjan Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The duo has grown up from childhood playmates to soul sisters, and they have never left a chance to meet, party or just stay behind each other’s back.
Much like Alia, Akansha too has a sibling, Anushka Ranjan. However, there seems to be no boundary between the BFFs as they surpassed from being friends to becoming friends like family. And now, as her bestie is married and has most recently become a mom, Akansha has taken a moment to reveal some exciting details about their friendship.

In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Akansha revealed that their priorities as besties have never changed, even after Alia got married to Ranbir Kapoor and they had a child. And in fact, it is Ranbir who has, over time, become a part of their chit-chats and gossip sessions. Though he does not contribute a lot, he does bug them by asking many questions. Speaking about the situation, she said:
“We all are family now.”

Fights and quarrels are always a part of any friendship, and both Akansha and Alia have stood the testimony of it. Though she agreed to have a lot of fights with her best friend, Akansha mentioned that they reconciled each time amicably. In her words:
“We have our priorities very straight. We know what is important.”
In a recent record, Alia has welcomed a beautiful princess into her life and is a proud mumma now. However, while both the Bhatt and Kapoor clan have been over the moon with the baby girl's arrival, it has been Akansha who hasn’t been able to keep calm after becoming a masi. In an interview with India Today, Akansha said:
“It is a new feeling. Everything is so new because I don’t know what to feel, as these are such new feelings. There is love for somebody you don’t know. There’s so much overwhelming love for someone whom you have never seen before they were born”.
Considering this new beginning to be both special and magical, Akansha further bared her heart out and shared how she felt for her bestie entering this new phase of her life. According to her, the little girl has made her fall in love more than ever with Alia. In her words:
“Like my mother always says, ‘when your friends become moms, you love them so much more because of the baby’. I love her so much more now because she has created this baby, who I love so much.
