Just like every celeb, Bollywood's adored couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt also ringed in the New Year in Bangkok with sun, sand and sea. The madly-in-love couple was accompanied by their best friend and director, Ayan Mukerji. The pictures from their trip were just surreal and the moments that they spent on the cruise were relaxing. Alia had taken to her Instagram and had shared glimpses of the cruise through her Insta stories and had also shared a picture with her ‘best boys’. Sharing a picture with Ranbir and Ayan, Alia had captioned it as “best boys (& good girl).”
After ringing in the New Year, celebs are back to the bay after an exotic vacation. And Ranbir and Alia too were back from Bangkok and were spotted at the airport. Dressed in comfy outfits, Ranbir and Alia looked stunning. Alia donned a beige-coloured pantsuit and Ranbir, on the other hand, sported a black-coloured t-shirt and blue denim and a blue cap. More than their chemistry, what caught our attention was the protective nature of Ranbir for his ladylove, Alia. Ranbir Kapoor is always considered a tough man to handle but his ladylove, Alia Bhatt considers him a gem. In an interview with the Filmfare magazine, Alia was quoted as saying, “He’s not difficult. He’s a gem.” She had further added, “When I met him for the first time in my life. Again, let me tell you he’s not difficult. He’s a supremely simple person. He’s such a nice human being that I wish I was as good as him. As an actor, as a person, like everything. He’s way better a person than I am." In an interview with Anupama Chopra, the Sanju star, Ranbir Kapoor had defined love and had stated, “Falling in love is the greatest thing in the world. When you fall in love, everything is great. Water tastes like sherbet and you seem like you are Uma Thurman. You feel great. Who doesn’t wanna be in love?” In an interview with BollywoodLife, Ranbir had stated, “I think every human being does extraordinary things only when they are in love. So I believe that love is something which is a privilege if it comes in your life and to be in a happy, beautiful positive place in a relationship with, it could be with a girl, a guy, with a friend, your mother, your father, or anybody but when there is some genuine love, it’s really beautiful.”
Ever since the duo had confessed their love for one another, rumours about their wedding have been filling the gossip columns. As per a Pinkvilla report, a source revealed that wedding is on the cards for Ranbir and Alia next year and the two are believed to take a month off from their busy schedules and plan their big day. The source also revealed that the couple will have a destination wedding and Alia wishes to tie the knot with Ranbir in Kashmir as she fell in love with the place while shooting for her film, Raazi.
In an interview with a magazine, Alia Bhatt had said that she has gotten to know Ranbir in the last couple of months since they began working for Brahmastra. She had revealed that she has interacted a lot with him on a personal level during the shoot of the film. But what she had genuinely loved about him is that he’s all hearts. Alia had stated that Ranbir is a very pure and simple person. There’s no fuss and that same simplicity translates in him as an actor as well. Alia had concluded by saying that you can always see through him and see into his eyes. According to her, he is simple and not trying to emote or express.
