Ranveer Singh has faded the lines of gender when it comes to fashion and thus, he often makes it to the headlines for his quirky statement looks. His love for experimental fashion is quite obvious, however, he is not allowed to do the same at his wife, Deepika Padukone’s family get-togethers. At The Print’s Off The Cuff chat show, Deepika had once revealed that Ranveer has to follow the ‘Padukone family wardrobe’ i.e., a white t-shirt and blue jeans whenever he meets her parents.
Coming back to Ranveer Singh’s outrageous fashion game, he had stunned the nation on June 30, 2021, when he had channelled his inner Alessandro Michele, who is a famous Italian fashion designer. He had left everyone in bewilderment with his fashion choice and his guts to nail it. Ranveer had posted pictures, posing in a shiny jersey sweatshirt from Gucci, featuring their vintage logo, along with matching jogging pants. He had completed his look with a flashy, big golden necklace.
In one of the pictures, Ranveer Singh had also added a brown trench coat in his look and a red Panama hat with big tinted glasses and a black Gucci Jackie 1961 mini shoulder bag. Just like his outfit, the cost of his look will also leave you shocked. Well, Ranveer’s jersey costs $1650, which translates to Rs 1,22,793, his pants costs $1980, which converts to Rs 1,47,228.84 and his mini bag costs $1980, which means Rs 1,47,228.84. His overall outfit cost is approximately Rs 4,17,249.
As Ranveer’s look was inspired by Alessandro Michele, the famous Italian fashion designer took notice of his efforts and dropped comments on his pictures. On every picture of Ranveer, Alessandro dropped a heart struck with an arrow emoji and Ranveer’s replies again stole the show.

In January 2020, Ranveer Singh had wrapped up the schedule for his upcoming film, '83 and he along with his wife, Deepika Padukone had headed off to an unknown destination to celebrate the latter's birthday. Deepika and Ranveer had walked hand-in-hand at the airport, and it was his swanky trench coat that had caught everyone's attention. Ranveer had slayed in a zany reversible wool coat by Gucci which costs Rs. 3,27,456. He had also sported a matching Gucci cap, which costs Rs. 30,960.
During a media interaction at the Filmfare Glamour And Style Awards, Deepika Padukone was asked if she borrows clothes from her husband, Ranveer Singh’s wardrobe. To this, Deepika had revealed, “I have borrowed a lot of his sweatshirts and t-shirts." And when asked if Ranveer borrows anything from her wardrobe, she had replied, "He's borrowed my sunglasses."
