When we had seen Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh on the silver screen for the first time with the film, Goliyon ki Rasleela… Ramleela, we knew they were meant to be together. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Deepika had talked about how they manage their ‘we’ time despite being busy with their work commitments. She had shared that they have been extremely busy because of professional commitments. But despite that, they make sure to take time out for each other. Deepika had also revealed that working with Ranveer post-marriage hasn't been any different. She had further shared that they love their work so much that they don't really think about their personal relationship once the camera gets on.
In an interview with the Open Magazine, Deepika had talked about how Ranveer was fine with her star status when they had started dating. She had shared, “When we started dating six years ago, I was more successful than him, busier than him, making more money. I’ve never come across a man who is so comfortable with my success and the attention I was getting. He was supportive and encouraging of my career and it wasn’t superficial support. That doesn’t happen with many men. He really cared, and I don’t think our relationship would have lasted if not for how he inherently felt about my world and how much he respected it. I did not have to make compromises to keep my man happy and that was the best thing about him.”
In an interview with the India Today, Ranveer Singh had revealed an unknown characteristic about his ladylove, Deepika Padukone. He had shared, “There is a child-like quality to her that nobody other than me has the privilege of seeing. It’s a precious part of my life.” Ranveer had further shared a secret about their life after marriage and had shared, “It has only gotten better. Now, we’re cocooned in love, and there is no space for doubt or misgiving. It’s grounded-ness, centred-ness, security, warmth, and joy. We share experiences and laugh together.
