Sanjay Dutt and his wife, Maanayata Dutt need no introduction as together they make each other strong and happy. The couple had faced a lot of objections from the Dutt sisters when they had gotten married in 2008. Their love story had begun after they were reportedly introduced to each other by producer, Nitin Manmohan in 2006. They had made their first appearance as a couple in 2007. It was in 2010 that Sanjay Dutt and Maanayata Dutt had welcomed twins in their life, whom they have named Iqra and Shahraan. The 19-year age gap between Sanjay and Maanayata does not seem to affect their relationship at all as the couple celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary today.

To celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary in 2020, Sanjay Dutt had posted an adorable video on his Instagram account. In an interview with the IANS, Maanayata had talked about the impact of Sanjay Dutt in her life and how she’s living the best time of her life. She had revealed, “I've never been happier. Sanju has stood by me through thick and thin. I've known him for nine years. We started seeing each other seriously in 2005. But he knew my past. So when 'friends' tried to provoke him he just laughed it off. He knew everything about me. When I was going through hell before my marriage, I'd pick up the phone and ask him for help. We're both very positive people and we like to live and let live. We both believe in forgiving. And we believe every saint can have a past.
