In an interview with Dainik Jagran, popular Haryanvi dancer, Sapna Choudhary's mother, Neelam Choudhary, addressed all the revelations, speculations, and confusion around her daughter and her son-in-law, Veer's secret wedding. The doting mother confirmed the news that the two are married but stated that it was a court marriage. When Neelam ji was asked about the reason behind going for a court marriage instead of a proper wedding, she revealed the heartbreaking news of Veer Sahu's uncle's demise. She stated that his uncle had passed away in January and that is the reason why instead of a big celebration, they had opted for the court marriage. However, the grandmother rejoicingly stated that a big celebration would take place very soon, as her daughter had become a mother of a healthy baby boy.
However, back in January 2020, according to a regional news channel, VK News, it was reported that Sapna Choudhary is going to get married in 2020 with someone from her own state, Haryana. But seeing the ongoing crisis of COVID-19 pandemic and no statement from her side about her marriage plans, everyone had ignored it as a rumour.
