Interestingly, the similarities between SRK’s look and Brad Pitt’s F1 character have sparked debates online. While fans eagerly await King’s release, many might not realize that the film is reportedly a remake of the cult French classic Léon: The Professional (1994), directed by Luc Besson. The original starred Jean Reno as a hitman who reluctantly takes in a young girl, played by Natalie Portman, after her family was murdered. The emotional bond between the assassin and the child forms the heart of the story, blending raw action with touching vulnerability. In King, Shah Rukh Khan is believed to step into the role inspired by 'Reno’s' character.
