Television actor, Shaheer Sheikh and his darling wife, Ruchikaa Kapoor are part of the same jigsaw puzzle. The couple had started their relationship as being friends and they grew fond of each other and had decided to spend their forever on October 19, 2020. After a year, the madly-in-love couple had welcomed their daughter, Anaya.
The 38-year-old likes to keep his personal life private, but he often shares a sneak peek of his life with his fans. On the occasion of Shaheer's daughter, Anaya's first Eid-Ul-Fitr, the actor had posted a cutesy video from his terrace. In the video, we could see Shaheer holding his daughter in his arms and Ruchikaa was by their side. The beautiful setting sun in the backdrop made the video more emotional. Alongside it, Shaheer had written:
"Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri. Mohon maaf lahir & bathin."

Recently, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shaheer bared his heart out and opened up about his personal life. During the conversation, while talking about his late father, Shaheer revealed that his daughter, Anaya wasn't a planned baby, it all just happened. The actor also shared that his father was able to spend the best time of his life with her. He said:
"I feel I was not ready to get married but it all happened on its own. I’m saying this for the first time, we didn’t even plan Anaya, it just happened and he got to spend time with her I’m thankful for that you know."
In the same interview, Shaheer also shared that he likes to treat his daughter as an adult. He revealed that before doing anything, he asks his daughter if she wants to do it. Shaheer further expressed that for parents, their child is always kids because of which they often don't get the chance to learn things. He said:
"I treat her like an adult. I will ask her and I will push her around, we dance, we do all kind of things. I treat her like an adult that’s what Ruchikaa also feels like do you want to eat and do you want to go out. I ask her everything beforehand. She understands the importance of it what I feel is in us I mean I have felt that as a kid for your parents you are always the kid and you don’t know anything. I feel somewhere that you should give every person that opportunity to express and to tell you or ask them what they feel like about it or what they want to do."
