Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s husband, Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai police for his alleged involvement in the production and publication of adult content films on July 19, 2021. For the longest time, Shilpa had kept herself away from the limelight. However, later, she was back with a bang. Shilpa had also visited the Vaishno Devi temple on September 16, 2021, and on September 21, 2021, her husband, Raj Kundra was released from jail, after two months.
For the unversed, Shilpa Shetty had visited the shrine on the same day when the Mumbai Police Crime Branch had filed a supplementary charge sheet in the pornography case involving Raj Kundra. According to PTI reports, talking with reporters, Shilpa Shetty had said, “I am very happy to be here. It was due to the goddesses' call that I came all the way to pay obeisance to her."

While Raj Kundra is out of jail now, he is seen nowhere. However, his wife, Shilpa Shetty Kundra has been making stunning appearances. A few days back, almost after a month of her husband, Raj Kundra’s bail, Shilpa Shetty had shared a video, chopping half of her hair, making a bold move. A source close to the Shetty family revealed to Pinkvilla that the actress had kept a mannat to shave a part of her head if her husband, Raj got bail, and thus, keeping the promise, she went for an undercut.
A few days back, on her IG handle, Shilpa Shetty Kundra had shared a video, where she was seen getting an undercut, which was indeed a strong move. While the netizens went bonkers seeing Shilpa getting half of her hair chopped, the actress looked quite normal after the move. She captioned the video as “How it happened!!!! @wahid246 was more scared than I was!!!”

Shilpa along with her family and husband is in Alibaug to spend some quality time. Shilpa had celebrated Karwa Chauth over there only and on her Instagram stories, she had shared a video of a basket of goodies sent by her husband, Raj Kundra’s mother. She had posted the video clip along with a ‘Happy Karwa Chauth’ sticker. The actress could be heard saying:
“That’s my sargi from my mum-in-law. Happy Karwa Chauth to everyone.” In the video, we can see a hamper containing dry fruits, fruits and snacks, and many other things. Along with it, there was a note that could be read as “Happy Karva Chauth. From mum and dad. May God bless you.”
On October 24, 2021, Shilpa Shetty had taken to her Instagram handle and had wished everyone a happy Karwa Chauth. She had shared a picture of herself, decked up in a red and golden kurta. Along with it, she had written:
“Wishing you all a happy Karvachauth and happy fasting ladies... May you and yours be blessed with health, protection and abundance always. #karvachauth #fasting #rituals #traditions.”
On the professional front, Shilpa will be next seen as a judge on the reality show, India’s Got Talent.
