Every girl craves for once in a while kind of love story! The moment a couple's wedding date gets fixed, they start planning for their big day. From walking under the phoolon ki chaadar to wearing the prettiest ensemble, a bride-to-be has a long checklist. While the COVID-19 pandemic has turned the big fat weddings into an intimate affair, it hasn't affected a couple's wish of making their wedding viral. 

Over the years, we have seen many bride and bridal trends. We have seen a bride hogging on food to a dulhan enjoying hookah, and whatnot. However, our bride of the week took our heart away with her funniest bridal entry. She is a chilled-out bride, and there is no word like 'wedding jitters' in her dictionary.

Decoding the bride and groom's D-day look!

Meet our bride of the week, Akanksha Sharma, who is a voice-over artist, a YouTuber, a comedian and a writer. However, the best part about her work profile is that she is the real voice of famous cartoon character, Shinchan, in IndiaThe gorgeousness had tied the knot with the man of her dreams, Rajat Chauhan, in an intimate ceremony after the first lockdown due to the Coronavirus pandemic. 

The bride had donned a gorgeous red minimalist lehenga for her big day. She had accessorised her look with a long chain, matching earrings, a matha patti and a nath. Her makeup artist, Amrita Singh had accentuated her look with dewy sheen makeup, soft eyeshadow and pink lips. On the other hand, her groom had opted for a cream-coloured sherwani.

In an exclusive interview with Bollywoodshaadis, the bride, Akanksha Sharma shared her finding the perfect lehenga story. She stated, "I know what most people do is try out number of lehenga's to get an idea what suits them, but I was adamant about not trying random lehenga. I promised myself the only lehenga I will try will be my wedding lehenga. And that's what happened. My family went crazy when I agreed to put that lehenga on. It was love at first sight."

The bride had the funniest bridal entry

The bride not only won hearts with her look, but it is also her bridal entry that has been trending on the internet. In the video, which has gone viral, we can see the bride saying, "Bhaiya peeche waalo ko blur kardena." Check it out below:

The bride, Akanksha also shared the thought behind her quirky bridal entry. She stated, "See I love teasing my friends so I didn't wanna miss any chance. It just randomly came to my mind and I just said it. All the more I love smiling faces. I am a bride with a personality that shines bright. I know how to keep myself Happy. Every function was filled with these moments."

The bride had a funniest sangeet entry

The bride also had the funniest sangeet entry, which is trending on her YouTube page. In the video, we could see her donning a gorgeous onion pink-hued gown. She had added more charm to her look with a minimalistic neckpiece and matching earrings. The video starts with her running towards the stage slowly when the photographer had asked her to walk slowly. In fact, she also revealed the famous 'gown mein walking issues'. 

Sharing her wedding story with us, the bride revealed her first meeting with her 'mister right'. She shared, "I don't believe in love at first sight but I guess what you expect the least happens with you. I saw him and his smile just took over me. It was a comedy show in Cannaught Place and I was preparing to be a comedian. But the show gave me more than just applause. Yes, I can say He is my Sapno ka Rajkumar as I am very Filmy. Usually, the guy asks you for a date but he is a man who believes in commitments. All I could say to him was "Hanji " But I actually proposed to him after that."

The bride made us believe that it is best to be a chilled-out bride than a coy bride and miss all the wedding fun. What do you think?
