Television actress, Shweta Tiwari's estranged husband, Abhinav Kohli, got relief from the Bombay High Court. He has been granted access to speak to his son, Reyansh Kohli. Ever since the couple had parted ways, Reyansh has been living with his mother, Shweta. However, things have taken an ugly turn, and Shweta keeps Abhinav away from their child.
It was in the year 2019 when the rumours of trouble in Shweta's paradise had made it to the gossip section of every newspaper. And it was confirmed when Shweta had filed a domestic violence case against her second husband, Abhinav Kohli.

Recently, in an interview with ETimes, Abhinav Kohli talked about the court proceedings in his favour. He shared that it is a massive relief for him as he has been fighting a tough and long battle. Abhinav revealed that he had not met his son for 11 months. He also shared, "I wish I could meet him daily, I am getting greedy as a father, I know, but I will struggle for it also. This is not a victory for me, it is my son Reyaansh victory. He has won between Shweta and my fight. Reyaansh will get to meet his father."

For the uninitiated, on September 29, 2021, Shweta was hospitalised. As reported by the Indian Express, her team had revealed that she had not managed to take enough rest, and immense travelling and weather conditions had taken a toll on her health. However, the team had assured her fans that she would be discharged soon.

After which, Abhinav Kohli had also taken a dig at Shweta. He had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a note, wherein he had penned a cryptic note and had talked about Shweta's weight transformation. In addition, he had shared that his fight with her is going on in the court, but he wishes she recovers soon.

Coming back to Shweta and Abhinav big tiff. According to the reports, Shweta had filed a case at Samta Nagar Police Station in Mumbai and Abhinav was immediately taken into police custody for two days. He was accused of using inappropriate language with his step-daughter, Palak.
Shweta and Abhinav had tied the knot on July 13, 2013, and in 2019, they had parted ways.
