Bollywood actress, Sushmita Sen and her rumoured beau, Lalit Modi, topped the list of the most googled people in India in 2022 as per the latest released data. The data revealed who are the most searched people on the internet, and Sushmita has secured the fifth position. For those who don't know, in July 2022, Lalit Modi left the internet ablaze by announcing his relationship with Sushmita Sen on his Instagram handle.
However, the interesting part about the 'most searched people' list, was that Lalit Modi secured the fourth position after he had made his relationship public with the actress. While Lalit is in the fourth number, Sushmita was in the fifth position, thanks to their mushy pictures that were made public. However, the actress has not commented on the matter.

Coming back to the most googled people's list, the first position is secured by the political figure and BJP leader, Nupur Sharma. In second place was our President Droupadi Murmu, followed by the new British Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak. The list also included Bigg Boss 16's contestant, Abdu Rozik, and Lock Upp fame, Anjali Arora. It was reported that Anjali made headlines after an alleged obscene video of her made rounds on the internet.

Talking about Sushmita and Lalit's rumoured relationship, the latter posted a couple of mushy pictures and announced his new beginnings with the actress. After this, media reports started circulating that they had tied the knot. However, Lalit cleared in his long note that he has not yet married Sushmita, but one day they will.
