Right from his antics with the ‘media’, innocent face, naughty eyes and the way he waves to his pap friends, this little cotton ball has become everyone’s jaan. The mention is of none other than Taimur Ali Khan, who doesn’t need any introduction.
Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan turned luckier when they had welcomed Tim into this world on December 20, 2016. Ever since Taimur is the aan, baan, shaan of the industry. And whenever he is out of town holidaying with family, our Instagram feeds become a little dull for we don’t get his regular updates. Today, on July 22, 2019, yet another video of the little munchkin has gone viral on social media. In the video, Tim Tim can be seen captured with mommy, Kareena Kapoor Khan in a park. But what grabbed everyone's attention was the behaviour of Taimur, who gets super-excited out of something. Checkout the video as well as a picture of Kareena in the same outfit with one of her fans.
Kareena has always been an inspiration for many as she successfully manages to strike a perfect balance between her professional and personal life. Even when the family has been vacationing in London, she has been juggling here and there for her shoots and then flies back to her family in London. A source close to her had revealed, “Kareena has always balanced her professional and personal life well. She has a choc-a-block schedule ahead with four big movies coming up. She is likely to shoot for Angrezi Medium either in July-end or August, then there’s Takht and Lal Singh Chaddha with Aamir Khan. Her film, Good News, with Akshay Kumar will release at the end of this year for which the promotions will begin a month before." The source had further added, "She is flying down from London only for a day so that she can spend more time with Taimur. Besides, she endorses 17 brands, so there will be quite a few campaigns that she will be shooting for." In an interaction with the Bombay Times of late, Saif had shared how it feels when he finds Taimur sleeping when he comes back from work. Saif was quoted as saying, "When I come home after work and find Taimur sleeping, I feel bad. We shoot long hours, but if I haven’t packed up even after 8 pm, I feel uncomfortable because it means taking away time from my son. In my growing-up years, my parents taught me about the importance of respecting family space. My father (Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi) was a cricketer and mother (Sharmila Tagore) is an actress, and they both had hectic schedules. However, we learnt that it is important to talk about other things, too, at home and that’s how life becomes beautiful."
Saif has always given some interesting inside details about Taimur in his media interactions. Once in an interaction with the Hindustan Times, the Sacred Games star had revealed baby Tim’s favourite game, “Timtim is more media-savvy than either me or Bebo (Kareena Kapoor Khan). He calls the photographers 'Mediawale'. He thinks Mediawale is a name! One of his favourite games is to point my camera at people. Way back in 2017, right after Taimur's first birthday, Saif had shared Taimur’s favourite food and had revealed that the chote Nawab loves to binge on mashed pear. The doting abba was then quoted as saying, “At the moment I think it’s mashed pear (nashpati) and carrot. The first time he ate solid food after milk was quite an adventure. We gave him dal and mixed potato and he was like ‘hmmm, not bad’. It is fun to feed him.” We wonder what he like to eat now!
But one thing is for sure that Kareen doesn’t let Taimur eat junk food. At a recent event, Kareena had remarked that Taimur is not allowed to eat even when he goes at the birthday parties, "I am hyper paranoid. He goes to birthday parties and he is not allowed to eat outside. But that's also wrong but yeah." And she makes a proper diet plan for him, "So I sit on a plan also. Every month I alternate it accordingly. Whatever fruits and vegetables he should be eating in the month, he quite enjoys it. Today, he actually had saag (spinach) for lunch and he normally didn't like it, but I have been shoving it down his throat. So now he's got used to it. So, he actually ate the whole bowl."
