Teejay met the love of her life, the handsome hunk of television, Karanvir Bohra through a common friend. It was love at first sight for the gorgeous couple, Karanvir and Teejay, who had met each other in Mount Mary Church through their common friend, Anupama Chopra. After dating each other for some time, the couple had gotten married within less than six months of their engagement. The couple had embraced parenthood after ten years of marital bliss and had welcomed their little angels, Bella and Vienna into their lives.
On April 27, 2020, Teejay took to her Instagram handle and shared goofy pictures with her daughter. In the pictures, the mother-daughter duo was seen having a great time together. Along with the picture, Teejay wrote a note which can be read as “Sometimes I'm a #Mom, sometimes a #goofball! Come to think of it, I was a goofball even before I had #babies! #Children need this everyday, a daily dose of silliness… and it's good for us, too.”
On February 18, 2020, Teejay had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a lovely picture with her twins, Bella and Vienna. Along with the picture, she had penned a heart-melting note on how her life has changed after the birth of her daughters. Her note could be read as “So there are these #two #sweet little #girls... They call me #Mom. Sometimes I can't get my head around it - I am their #MOTHER. And I love it - more than I ever thought I would! They have changed my life in the most beautiful way. I look forward to waking up every day because I know they're here. (Sometimes I wake up to them sleeping beside me, sometime I wake up to them jumping on me!) I have lots to be thankful for, but these two top the list. They are without a doubt, the best part of my every day.” On her note, her husband, Karanvir had commented, “Love” followed by a heart emoticon. On October 20, 2019, Karanvir and Teejay’s twin daughters had turned a year older and their mommy, Teejay had planned a special birthday surprise for them. She had taken her daughters to her mother’s home and sharing a picture from the day with her daughters playing, she had expressed her mixed emotions, “I chased my #daughters down our quaint #village #road. The same road where my #mother chased me when I was their age. The same road where HER mother ran after her!”
Teejay’s post had further read, “The roads, the fields, the blue skies. they hold so many memories. And they remain constant, even though times change and the people who live in this village change. I miss the simplicity of this life. Back in the day, children didn't need games or gadgets, or fancy toys. They just needed wide open spaces where they could run and play and laugh! Loved seeing how happy #mydaughter were here. Maybe one day we'll build a home here, so we can come and stay for longer.
