This Real Bride Ditched The Red Lehenga And Donned A Pretty Blue Lehenga For Her Day Wedding

Since the age of six, we truly believed that if our guidya is not wearing a red lehenga, she cannot get married. After all, red has always been a significant colour for dulhan's attire. And secretly, we have all played with our mommies red dupatta, sometimes wearing it as a saree and other times wearing it on our head and pretending to be the bride. That's when red was labelled as the perfect colour for Indian brides. (Recommend Read: Real Bride Pratishtha's Unique 'Meenakari Mangalsutra' Outshined In Her Self-Designed Bridal Look)

The wedding world has evolved and so has the brides choice of colour, and many brides are no longer in love with the beauty of crimson red. The new age brides are experimenting with all the colours of the rainbow, from pretty pinks to pastel blues, and we are loving it all.

Recently, we spotted the real bride, Amanat Gill, who donned a gorgeous sky blue lehenga for her day wedding. We totally loved the way she styled her lehenga that consisted of a sleeveless choli, matching the skirt and double dupatta. She kept her accessories minimal and opted for a mathapatti, dainty nose ring, and choker neckpiece.

Take a closer look at her wedding lehenga and how beautifully it is made:

However, when it came to her chooda, she completed her look with baby pink chooda and floral pink kaleeras that took our heart away. Her choice of outfit is a perfect pick for the summer brides, who are looking to keep their look minimal.
