A wedding unites two souls and two families together. A bride is the centre of the attraction. Thus she has to look perfect on her wedding day, and the traditional red lehenga can never go out of fashion. Be it in the past or now or in the coming years. One can always trust the ace designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee, for that gold dust of magic. We came across a bride who had opted for the designer's creations to deck up on her D-day. The bride had channelled her inner royalness through her wedding couture and had looked like a princess.

Bride, Disha Bajaj, had looked absolutely ethereal in her wedding couture designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee. She had donned a Rajwara style lehenga choli designed with traditional motifs and patterns to give a royal Rajasthani look.

The bride had worn a red lehenga with linear embroidery work and heavy intricate circular floral patterns and different emblems on the bottom half. Sabyasachi had designed the outfit with golden zari, resham, sequins and stone to give an edgy look to the then bride-to-be. She had paired it with a plunged neckline blouse embroidered with golden thread all over it in leafy motifs that looked like chanderi designs and had an offbeat pattern adorned at the sleeve and neck hemline.

The bride's dupatta had enhanced her look even more. She had followed the dual-dupatta stylebook and had paired her lehenga choli with two dupattas. One was attached to her choli, while the other was pinned on her head. The dupatta that was attached to choli had a heavy embroidery work along with a simple crisscross pattern adorned with sequins at the hemline. While on the other hand, the red silk veil that Disha had pinned on her head had embroidery buti work all over it, along with the embellished hemline that was decorated with tassels.
But what caught our attention was her one-of-a-kind sartorial jewellery choice. Disha had chosen a unique set of neckpieces that had accentuated her look. The bride had worn a broad oxidised golden minakari choker adorned with stones and emerald, along with a necklace that had turned heads at her wedding. The neckpiece had a rectangular pendant designed with small jhumkas and was ornamented with jewels to add an edge to the piece. She had matched it with a pair of big tasselled jhumkas of the same design, a pair of kadas, a matha patti with maang teeka and a very simple nath. The bride had flaunted her red chooda like a muse!

The then bride-to-be had pulled up her hair in a middle-parted sleek bun to have a fuss-free wedding, and she had decorated it with floral carnations that had given a fresh look. For the makeup, Disha had opted for a subtle yet elegant appearance. She had rounded off her wedding lookbook with high defined brows, copper-brown shimmery shadow with winged liner and thick lashes, contoured and blushed cheeks, brown nude lips and a small red bindi. Apart from her unique jewellery set, another part of her look caught our eyes, and that was her mehendi design. She had opted for simple and intricate patterns to adorn her palms with.
Well, it's not just the Punjabi bride who had turned heads at the wedding. Disha's the groom-to-be, had complemented his wife, giving full couple fashion goals. He had looked dapper in an ivory-coloured bandhgala sherwani suit with self-embroidery and had paired it with white pyjama. He had completed his look with embroidered juttis, oxidised golden two-tiered neckpiece and red pagdi.
