With an unusual plot and too-good-to-be-true kind of character, Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu starrer October has managed to please the critics. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, this is probably one of the most beautiful films of 2018. While all of Varun’s fans have gone crazy after watching his movie, what is his ladylove, Natasha Dalal’s reaction on October?

Answering this question in an interview with Rajeev Masand for CNN News18, Varun said, "She is happy. She is very happy because most of my school friends are my critics. I really wait for them to see the film and comment on it. This is one film where unanimously I have had my school friends with whom I have not been in touch for 10 years texting me." Not just this he was also asked Natasha’s reaction specifically on his character, Dan, as a partner. On this note, he was quoted as saying, "Oh, you mean anyone would think that I would want a boyfriend like that. She knows me too well. I have to say individual like Dan doesn't exist." A prominent journalist went on to ask him that why he has he been mum about their relationship in 2018, he gushed, "I feel it takes away from your personal life. That's the only reason I don't talk about it because whether you are in or not in, people are going to write about it, there will be blind items."
Varun further added and revealed that Natasha is not so much comfortable being under the scanner all the time. He revealed that she is a normal being and wants to live life like that only. Varun retorted, "She is a normal girl, she is a normal kid. She wants to live a normal life and it is my job to protect her." Talking about Natasha in an interview earlier, Varun shared, “I see it reaching a good place. She's quite a handful so full credit to her for sticking by me. She's one of the best people I've come across in my life.”
After taking their own sweet time, Varun was quite frank about his relationship status. When, in an interview earlier, he was asked if he is fine getting clicked with lady-love Natasha, he retorted, “I am cool about it. In fact, I have always been cool about it. There is nothing to hide. I just don't want the focus to shift from my career to the relationship. That's why I don't talk much about it.” And further added, “What can one say about spending time with loved ones? I'm not denying anything at all, just that I don't like to discuss it.”
