Yes, finally baby Varushka has arrived! On January 11, 2021, Virat Kohli dropped a cute baby arrival announcement and shared that he has become the father of a baby girl. He took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture of a note, which can be read as "We are thrilled to share with you that we have been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon. We thank you all for your love, prayers and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. A few hours later, Virat Kohli's brother, Vikas Kohli took to his Instagram handle and posted the first-ever glimpse of his niece. In the picture, we can see Virat and Anushka's little girl's feet picture. Atop it, he added a GIF sticker, "Welcome". Along with it, he wrote, "Happiness overboard, an angel in the house." Anushka has tried to record all the beautiful moments from her pregnancy journey. We remember once Anushka had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a super cute throwback picture when she used to sit crossing her legs. In the picture, we could see her sitting on a chair with folded legs and enjoying a delicacy in a bowl. The actress had captioned the picture as "Throwback to when I could sit like this and eat. Now I can’t sit like this but I can EAT."
On January 8, 2021, Anushka had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a glimpse of food item that she was craving for during her pregnancy. The actress had posted an Instagram story, wherein we could see a table that was decorated with a bowl of gol gappas, khatta paani, imly ki chutney and channe. Atop it, Anushka had written, "Go big at home."
A couple of weeks ago, we had seen Anushka acing a difficult Yoga asana with the help of her hubby, Virat Kohli. She had shared a picture, wherein, we could see Anushka doing head down and Virat was helping her. Alongside it, Anushka had written, "This exercise is ‘hands-down’ (and legs up) the most difficult one. #Throwback P.S. – As yoga is a big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I can do all such asanas that I was doing before I was pregnant( after a certain stage)barring twists & extreme-forward bends, but of course with the appropriate and required support. For the Shirshasana, which I have been doing for many years, I ensured that I used the wall for support and also my very able husband supporting my balance. To be extra safe. This was also done under the supervision of my yoga teacher who was virtual with me through this session. I'm so glad I could continue."
