Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya are one of the most loved celebrity couples of the glamour world. The duo had met each other on the sets of their show, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and had become friends. Within some time, their friendship had blossomed into love.
On July 8, 2016, Divyanka had added Dahiya to her surname and had begun her forever journey with Vivek. From co-stars to friends and now, to partners, Divyanka and Vivek are the epitome of relationship goals. For her wedding, Divyanka had opted for a red lehenga which she had accessorised with a choker, maang teeka, red bangles and kalire. Vivek had complemented her well in a beige coloured sherwani and a matching safa.

In an interview with Times Now, Vivek Dahiya recalled his first date. Speaking about how they were patched by their colleague to meet, he said, “We were patched by a colleague. An actor who used to work with us, he knew me personally and he knew her also personally. I was not looking (for someone).” Vivek also revealed that it was their mutual friend, who informed Divyanka’s mother about him as she was looking for a suitable match for her daughter.
Vivek further shared Divyanka’s mother’s reaction about him and said, “Her mom (Divyanka's mom) was looking for someone for her, so she told him (the actor) that 'if you find a good boy, a suitable boy, you please call me'. So he called her and told her that this (Vivek) is the same guy who played a cop in the show. So she said, 'oh ya I like him'.”

Although Vivek had no plans to get married back then, but that one date with Divyanka changed his perception and he made up his mind that she is the one for him. Talking about his first date with Divyanka, the handsome actor said, “And then, he sent us on a date - he forced us to go on a date and on that day itself I kind of made up my mind that she (Divyanka) is going to be the one. On the very first date - we didn't know each other, we were just talking and realised that eventually we could (marry).”
On July 8, 2021, Vivek Dahiya and Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya completed five years of marital bliss. He had taken to his IG handle and had shared pictures of his wedding anniversary celebrations with Divyanka. In the pictures, we could see the duo twinning in white-coloured ensembles. While Divyanka donned a pretty bell-sleeves dress, her hubby, Vivek, opted for a casual t-shirt with blue pants.
Along with the beautiful pictures, Vivek had penned the sweetest wish for her. He had written, "Happy 5 my donut. You did splendid, congratulations! Continue being the awesome YOU which makes it easier being ME."
