Barkha accused her ex-husband, Indraneil of cheating on her, and stated that he had been missing from their daughter's life. Barkha Bisht and Indraneil Sengupta got married in 2008, and it was after 15 years of their marital bliss that they called it quits. Talking about her divorce, recently Barkha told Siddharth Kannan that Indraneil has been missing from their daughter, Meira's life, and the latter is also okay with the same. She also stated that they are not co-parenting. Barkha also added that people often feel that she doesn't want her daughter to talk to him or something, but she still has a lot of love for her ex-husband, if not respect. Well, days after Barkha made the claims, Indraneil, took to his IG handle and shared a photo with his daughter. The father-daughter duo could be seen twinning in blue-toned ensembles as they went onto brunch. It's worth mentioning that Indraneil has kept his comment section off.
Talking to Siddharth Kannan, Barkha Bisht hinted at Indraneil Sengupta cheating on her. She revealed experiencing heartache and added that the worst thing a man can do is to break a woman's trust, who can't take betrayal. While Indraneil kept up with his dignified silence, he took to his IG handle and shared a cryptic note, which seemed to be a subtle reaction to whatever he was accused of. While the motive behind Indraneil posting such a cryptic note was not known, his cryptic note bore the message that only a man who doesn't have greatness will react instantly, be it by being depressed for some odd happenings or by being extremely happy if something good happens.
In a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Barkha Bisht was asked about the reason for her divorce from the actor. To this, she revealed that it was Indraneil who moved out of the marriage, and he would be the one to give a clarification on the same. She revealed that she had an amazing married life, and had it been in her hands, then, she would be married till now.
