Achint Kaur became a household name with her grey roles in the television industry. Known for her antagonistic roles in serials like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Jamai Raja, the actress is truly cathartic. However, it seems like times have been unfavourable for her as she took to her Instagram account with a plea for work.
It was on May 18, 2025, when Achint Kaur took to her Instagram handle and shared a video, requesting people to consider her for their projects. She sent out a plea seeking work opportunities and highlighted her extensive experience in playing diverse characters, in the hopes of securing new opportunities. The actress shared the video with the title, 'On the lookout for new work.' In the video, she revealed that she was looking for work both in India and abroad. She added that this was a note from her heart and hoped that people would consider it. She was quoted as saying:
"Hello, everyone. I hope you are doing well. This is a little note from the heart. I am an actor and voice artist with years of experience across platforms. And right now, I am looking for exciting new opportunities both in India and internationally."
In the same video, Achint Kaur further shared that whether it was short films, series, films, social media collaboration or any other creative project, she was willing to work on any and all projects. She added that she would appreciate it if her followers could let her know if there were any such opportunities. She also gave the details of her managers for further communication and stated:
"Whether it be short films, films, series, all kinds of voice work, or social media collaborations, Basically, I am ready to give my all to anything creative. So just in case you or anyone you know about who is casting or open to collaborating, please let me know because I will be very excited to connect. Also, I have given my manager, Tanuja Mehra and my social media manager, Reva Khare Sharma, details below. So yeah, that's about it, and thank you so much for listening to me and for your support, always."
Achint Kaur thanked her fans for the support they have provided her with. Along with the video, she posted a caption sharing how the life of an actor was filled with ups and downs. Achint once again expressed her enthusiasm to work and stated:

Achint Kaur has worked in several TV shows such as Kittie Party, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Jamai Raja, and others. However, it was her role in Jamai Raja which made her a fan favourite once again. She has also been a part of movies such as Haunted 3D, Heroine, 2 States, and Kalank. Achint was last seen in the web series, Jamai 2.0 as 'Durga Devi' and in the film Ghudchadi.
