YouTube stars, Jacob Chibi Reviews and Schlep, have been involved in a dispute for some time. The news arrives around a year after the latter was banned from Roblox in 2025. Notably, the feud emerged when Schlep claimed that Jacob was also a s***** predator for supporting the lolicon anime. Keep reading to know what exactly happened between the duo!
The problems between Schlep and Jacob Chibi Reviews started with a post shared by the former on X on March 31, 2026. Schlep wrote in the post that any individual who indulges in everything that is a part of the lolicon anime is a “predator.” Schlep further stated:
“The fact X allows a community of these people to thrive on here is very shocking. Do better @Safety.”
Schlep continued sharing a few more posts, criticising people who were defending the anime genre. He additionally expressed concern over how the young characteristics of children were being used as part of the anime genre.
While Schlep’s post related to the anime genre started trending, Jacob Chibi Reviews replied with a lengthy statement through X on April 1, 2026. Jacob criticised Schlep for his post, saying that it is fine if someone has an issue with the anime genre. However, Jacob added that it is wrong to compare the genre with a real-life human being who has been harmed in some manner. Jacob mentioned that if anyone follows Schlep’s concept, any individual can be referred to as a “mur*****” if he or she plays GTA. The post reads:
“You’d think someone that is a Pred-catcher would understand the difference between fiction and reality. The dangers of watering down terms and comparing real victims to drawings isn’t good. It only shifts police resources to focus on a false call and stall them from investigating an actual criminal hurting people.”
The situation took a different turn when Jacob Chibi Reviews and Schlep started replying to each other. Most of the posts involved personal comments, including the latter seemingly referring to Jacob’s alleged claim from the past, stating that his fiancée reportedly cheated on him. Jacob responded to Schlep, saying that he won’t like to debate with an individual who has “bad faith arguments.”
Jacob Chibi Reviews also shared a YouTube video titled Lolicons are Weird and Need to Be Jailed on April 1, 2026. In the video, Jacob displayed a social media post of Schlep on screen and said:
“He’s talking about how lollies are. Basically, if you like lollies, you defend lollies. You’re a PDF. That’s what he is pretty much saying in this post.”
The YouTube video has received more than 40,000 views so far. In the description of the video, Jacob Chibi Reviews said that he is going to face a lot of criticism for sharing the video. However, he stated that the consequences won’t matter to him anymore, considering that he has faced the same situation in the past. The description also features Jacob saying that he will never change his view on freedom of expression within artwork.
