Bollywood actor, Aamir Khan needs no introduction. On his professional front, Aamir was last seen in the movie, Laal Singh Chaddha, which left him in the web of controversies. However, in a recent conversation, Aamir Khan revealed that his son, Junaid Khan will soon make his debut as a producer in Bollywood with the film, Pritam Pyaare, wherein the former will make a cameo. While revealing the details about the debut of Junaid, Aamir also talked about some unheard anecdotes about his son, which are simply unmissable.
Aamir Khan recently appeared at News18 India’s Amrit Ratna 2023 event. And while being there, he talked about his son, Junaid. For the unversed, Junaid is the son of Aamir Khan and his first ex-wife, Reena Dutta. However, talking about his son, Aamir Khan said that Junaid is like a school kid who knows everything and ranks at the top of his class but avoids interacting much with his peers. Aamir also mentioned that Junaid's reserved nature was a matter of concern for both him and Reena until their son joined the Rotaract Club at his college and started interacting with people.

Further, in the same interview, Aamir Khan mentioned that he always wanted to buy a car for his son, Junaid, but the latter didn't let his father do the same. Talking more about the same, Aamir mentioned that Junaid still uses public transport like buses and trains. Aamir shared:
"He is 30 now, and since his childhood, I wanted to buy a car for him. But to this day, he hasn’t allowed me to buy the car. He still uses public transport. He travels by bus and train.”
In the same interview, Aamir Khan also talked about an incident when his son, Junaid ditched luxury and travelled to a longer destination by public transport only. The actor shared that once his son, Junaid had to travel to Bengaluru to Pondicherry to attend one of his friend's wedding, and to reach there, he opted for a state bus only rather than flight. Aamir further mentioned that his son is a very independent person, and he likes to live his life in his own way. Talking more about the same, Aamir shared:
"A couple of months back, he was in Pondicherry and he told me he is going to Bengaluru for his friend’s wedding. I asked him, ‘What time is your flight?’ He said, ‘I am going by the state bus.’ He is a very independent person and he likes to live life in his own way. He wants to be a self-made person."

Aamir Khan also called his son, Junaid, his biggest critic. The actor mentioned that if he is afraid of anyone in his life, it is none other than his son, Junaid. Aamir also stated that his son is very strict, and if he has any meetings scheduled with his son, then he would reach out early. Otherwise, he gets scolded. Aamir shared:
"If I am afraid of anyone in life, it is Junaid. He is very strict. He scolds me if I go late for his meeting. For his meetings, I go early only.”

Talking about Aamir Khan's personal life, the actor got married to Reena Dutta on April 18, 1986. The duo became parents to their two adorable kids, Junaid Khan and Ira Khan. However, after 16 years of marital bliss, the couple went their separate ways, and they were granted divorce in 2002. Later, Aamir gave love another chance and got married for the second time to Kiran Rao in 2015, and the duo welcomed a son, Azad Rao Khan, via IVF. However, it was in 2021 when Aamir and Kiran announced their divorce, ending 15-and-a-half years of marriage.
