Alia Bhatt Meets Her Viral Mimicry Artist, Chandni For A Shoot, Netizens Say, 'Turned Trolling In..'

Alia Bhatt is a leading film actress in Hindi cinema who has managed to make her mark in the age of internet and trolling. As she began her career at a young age, the actress's inexperience and lack of knowledge were often made fun of in the initial days of her career. However, rather than getting intimidated, she used it to her benefit and thrived. For instance, a viral Instagram Influencer, Chandni Bhabhda, became famous after mimicking Alia's style, which often became a subject of her mockery. But, recently, the diva collaborated with Chandni to use her viral style to shoot a new ad, earning praise from the netizens.

Alia Bhatt recently shot a new advertisement for L'Oréal Paris, where she collaborated with her mimic Influencer, Chandni Bhabhda. A video from their shoot has surfaced on the internet where the duo was seen engaging in a wholesome conversation for a 'Get Ready With Me' session. In the video, Chandni copies everything Alia does, from applying foundation with her hands to using lipstick uniquely. 

Moreover, Chandni's voice, tone and pitch were similar to the Darling actress's. For those unaware, the former became famous when she mimicked Alia's voice and expression for saying her popular line, "Shiva", in Brahmastra: Part 1. Later, Alia is left in splits at Chandni's actions and calls it weird. She even asked her to 'dab' the extra lipstick off to playfully correct her. In the end, Alia started laughing, and fans enjoyed watching the duo's collaboration on-screen. In the video, they donned elegant looks as Alia wore a white shirt with jeans while Chandni wore a grey dress.

The video of Alia Bhatt and Chandni Bhabhda went viral immediately, and fans enjoyed the collaboration. They praised Alia for being positive towards such mimicry, and it reminded fans of her previous AIB video, where she joined the team that made fun of her. One netizen praised the actress's PR team and penned, "Alia ki PR ko salute hai. They turn aspects/elements that troll her into something to get positive mileage. Did the same with that AIB skit. They pretend to be sporty about it even when they don't like it." Another user felt Alia was behaving like Kareena in the video and wrote, "Why did Alia suddenly behave like Kareena when she said, "Abhi lipstick kaise lagate ho, let's see."

Alia Bhatt was last seen in Vasan Bala's Jigra alongside Vedang Raina, but the film failed to impress the audience at the box office. She will be next seen in YRF's spy universe film, Alpha, where Sharvari and Bobby Deol play key roles. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on December 25, 2025. Apart from that, Alia Bhatt has Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War, with Vicky Kaushal and Ranbir Kapoor in lead roles.
